The lady working today 10/24 was completely rude and because I said “American bread instead of eating white because I have MAD SOCIAL ANXIETY” she repeatedly said “HONEY we don’t have American and I then said white and she said so Italian bread” understandable people have bad days but she just completely ruined mine and I WILL NEVER be eating subway again. Hire people with better customer service and not so racist!

Went in there to pick up my online order that said it was ready at 4:25pm. Got there at 4:30 walked In didn’t see it on the shelf where they normally are. Went ahead and hopped in line and one of the two employees one was a manger I think and the other one was newer the one asked what I was there for, I told em that I had a mobile order to pick up. They said ok walked to the back didn’t say anything else about it. After waiting in line for 20 mins and watching the new person struggle to keep up while the other kept going to the back. I finally get up to the front and the worker asked what they could make me. I then told them I was there for an online pick up they said they would get to it but first they had to fix the customers behind me if I would like to wait till then. I was on lunch so I told em I couldn’t wait any longer and left. This used to be one of the better subways around here but in the last couple years it’s really went down hill. Spent $10 on a salad that I didn’t even get, tried to get ahold of customer service and all I could do was send them a message.

I visited this place and ordered a footlong sandwich for a friend and I …we asked for multigrain bread which they did not have, so we asked for white when got back to work, our bread was just crumbles when we picked it up to eat and very hard. We called in and Manager Tabby, said come in the next week and she would give us free sandwiches to replace bad ones. I went back the week of 6/14 and no multigrain bread again which is what we both wanted and then decided on cheese herb bread and brought back to work and again bread was very hard and it seems they have a hard time keeping the multigrain in the restaurant. Usually when walking into a Subway the bread is first thing you smell and fresh vegetables. I am not sure what their issue here is but will not be visiting this Subway again.

Food is good, but one of the workers had a pretty bad attitude. She was really rude. I called in with a question about my order, and I could hear her in the background. The whole tone of her voice was rude. Then, she sounded rude in person when I showed up to pick up my order. I’m not sure what her weakness, but her coworker was pleasant enough and the food was good.

Walked in and was immediately dumbfounded that there was a woman sitting in a booth with a dip spit cup sitting in front of her while she played candy crush. I ignored it thinking it was a customer, but when the guy helping me went and sat down with her I realized she was somehow connected to him. The sandwich was also pretty bad. Chicken seemed a little off. Got a foot long, but only ate half of it. Go elsewhere.
