Do not place on doordash! I waited for over 30 minutes and they did not confirm my order at all! I had over 4+ door dashers decline because of the wait time. This was definitely a business I wanted to see do well because of the quality of their food, but their service definitely will be their downfall.

I decided to call my order in instead, so I wont have to wait to long in the parking lot.
I goes on the website to see their closing time & menu. I call at 8:45pm, which I had a 1hr 15min b4 closing. B4 I can tell her my order she says that their closed. I say your website says you dnt close until 10pm. She goes to say that “We want to go home”. I was shocked. I told her this is bad business. She didn’t care & continued to say that their closed. So I decided to go up there, thinking maybe they just didn’t want to take orders over the phone. I make it there around 8:55pm & their open sign was still lit up & not off. I get out the car & grab the door & its locked‼️ As I sat in the parking lot placing an order for somewhere else & I see 2 young ladied pulls up to order some food & finds out the doors were locked & was upset saying they dnt suppose to close until 10pm. I really was looking forward to getting some more of that catfish that I had from u the other day. But if this how ur gonna handle business I can keep my money & spend it somewhere else‼️

Closing time needs to be accurately reflected. It says you close at 10 pm it is 9:42 and I was unable to get food after driving here because no one answered the phone and the fryers are turned off already and being cleaned out.

Got the whole wing dinner, the seasoning was tasty but the wings were dry and overcooked. The koolaid drink was probably the best part of the meal. Honestly probably would not stop in again.

They don’t deserve one star. Their prices as listed on Doordash and their own website, adverstises 4 piece fish “served with fries and kool aid.” I placed my order, and it arrived WITHOUT fries OR Kool Aid. I called to see what they could do to rectify the situation, and all they did was argure that the fries and kool aid cost extra. If it costs extra, fine but then remove the wording “served with” so that people are clear that they are NOT included. This isn’t rocket science, it is very simple. A business who cares about its customers would have provided some type of solution for the misunderstanding, but they are arrogant, rude, and don’t care. If this is how they feel they can treat people, then the people should show them that it is unacceptable, and stop patronizing them. Times are too hard for businesses to engage in dishonesty. They have no business running an operation if they don’t know the difference between “served with” and “costs extra.” Served with implies that it is included. I admonish all of you reading this to spend your money at an establishment that actually cares when a customer has a concern. You keep them in business, not the other way around.

I only gave them two star because when they first opened they were great now the quality of their food has declined drastically the last two times me and my family all got sick within 20 minutes after eating, most likely from overused oils they fry the chicken In. I thought maybe the first time was a fluke but now I’m for sure it was caused by their chicken. I can tell from standing looking into the fryer as it Cooks the oil was soapy bubbly and cook the chicken into a dark color. Will not be going back to this location for sure. Be careful.

If I could leave a 0 star I would! I have came to this place since it has opened. It has great service at first and now the service is horrible! The food is horrible. I placed an order over the phone when I got there to pick it up the lady was rude, the whole building was so unorganized and a mess all over. As I went to pay with high bill she refused and I had to go get change so I went to get change and she still didn’t have enough to give me back. I got food and the corn was not even fried it was so soggy, very greasy, the popcorn chicken was not cooked all the way and the fries were so old and stale and cold. Then as I got the food she wouldn’t give me my drinks right away that came with my meal! This is very unprofessional!! I called over several times to reach a manager and couldn’t reach anyone the phone would ring and ring and still can’t reach anyone nor find an email on the website. If I could get my money back I WOULD!

Today was my first time at this location, I was shopping at the family dollar next door and decided to give this place a try. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner he kindly answered all my questions. The inside appearance is bright and clean. I ordered the 3 wings/3 pieces of fish dinner for $12.99. I requested well-done, and that is exactly what I got. The food was fresh, crispy and good. And the customer service was great. I will definitely be returning.
