This is the 3rd or 4th time I have ordered food from here and my soda shows up room temperature or worse. If your ice machine is broken communicate so I do t make the mistake of getting a nasty warm soda. Please fix your ice machine.

Love how nicely they package the food most of the time, like they actually take their time. Food is always out in a timely manner. Never had any real issues here, other than the occasional tiny mistake. And I’m absolutely obsessed with the Spicy Deluxe chicken Sandwich. Handbreaded, huge, and a flavor to die for. Better than any other places competing sandwich by far.

A lot of times there are undesirable people who just hang out there. The management including the store manager do nothing about it. Most times , the person at the counter ignores the customers. The last time I got a burger and fries from there, the burger was dry and the weren’t fresh.My husband waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers and they weren’t busy. Rather go to the Utica location if I’m craving BK. May give this one another try if I see new employees. Still undecided

Normal during the week very organized. Went on 7-12 waited 20 minutes to get my food. Asked for my money back. Somebody took my order by accident and the server hands me the order the other person took and has already scrapped the lettuce n onions off the sandwich. This is why I don’t do fast food places. I’m out my lunch break and tossed the food in the garbage.
