Hey Culver’s! You guys did an amazing job with my order previously! I went in Saturday to order a cod dinner, and the gentleman who brought out my order with black hair and glasses was awesome! Culvers is amazing!
Stopped in before a pine knob concert with my wife and was blown away by how good the food and concrete mixer was!
We both had a butterburger with cheese and a concrete mixer which I made a last minute ingredient change at the suggestion of the worker at the till. Thanks for the advice!!
Service was amazing and the store was very clean. I look forward to my next visit!

I usually don’t come here as the food is never rarely fresh. But tonight I gave it another try waiting 6 months. First of the gentleman running the drive thru tonight taking orders was very rude. Not only that but the food absolutely disgusting my bun was soggy and the whole burger was disgusting. They smooshed in a small tiny bag mu soup my fries smooshed and my soup! No customer service skills!!! The two in lake orion are superb compared to this location! Hope the owner actually looks at these reviews.

Love it, maybe the best “fast food” burger In the area. I really enjoy the fish dinner and you can never go wrong with the ice cream. Service is always great and am a returning customer after all these years. Fish dinner is another great option. I just love culvers. Staff is great and always a spot to park.

Placed an online order that was 48$. Showed up and waited 20 minutes after the pickup time which was a hour in advance. They forgot 3 ice creams. The walleye dinner was the soggiest fish I’ve ever seen. This meal alone cost 20$ for the fish, take a look at the picture of it below. What a waste.

I ordered a salted caramel pumpkin concrete mixer. It was full of salted caramel and good pumpkin flavor, however the consistency was more watery than other locations. As well as it wasn’t filled to the top.
The staff were all friendly and took care of me. There is a small patio, only three tables. So on a busy nice weather day they went fast. The patio is nicely festive for autumn.

My friend and I ordered takeout and waited over an hour while others who ordered after us received larger meals. Despite asking several times, we were told our order was “in progress.” Eventually, we overheard other customers say their orders were lost. After requesting a refund, we learned ours was too. When asked, the kitchen staff admitted they didn’t know where our food was and pointed to a disorganized pile of tickets. Poor service—I would not recommend this location.

While at this Culvers, the CUSTOMERS attending with me where cussed at while given their food and had it slammed down in front of them. Coming in with our regular Wednesday night group, at 9:30. Walked through the doors to hear “why are all of these people here?” and complaining as if they were closed, which they were NOT. As we do come in every week, we understand that the kitchen and dining room close at 10pm, we did not order food after final call and were told by an employee that we were allowed to stay until 10:15, which we respected.
When we were given our ice cream on several occasions, the employee took our number before we received our food, this led to complications when our food was brought out, there was a women who brought out food mumbling, there for we could not hear her, when the food was brought back around for the second time, she brought it out and threw it down on the table and snatched the number up sand said “if you want your shit than you need to act like it” and stormed off, while taken aback we remained respectful and did not say anything. A little while later while making a joke with one of the employees, who was JOINING IN on the joke, the group of us laughed, shortly after we had an another employee (age of about 18) come out and yell at all of the us that we need to be more respectful, quiet down, stop being obnoxious, and ranted at all of us. Mind you, the other employee was attempting to calm the young girl down, saying that she was joining in on the joke, shortly after, another employee (age about 40) came out to kick us out, and while we were trying to put everything back where it belonged (we moved 3 chairs and a table) was told to hurry up and get out.
I truly do not understand where or when it became acceptable to yell and cuss at customers. The behavior of employees was absolutely disgusting.

Our favorite place to stop for food before going to Pine Knob! We go thought the drive-thru, so I can’t rate the atmosphere of the sit portion of the restaurant.

Ordered about $70 worth of food for the family and we’re missing about $20 worth of food, one of the full meals and another sandwich. This is the closest Culver’s yet the only one that consistently messes up orders. They don’t make things right either. Gave up going here again.
