originally left a 1-star review because I received raw chicken a few times, which was very concerning, especially with kids. Since then, the staff has been kind about correcting it whenever I ask for my chicken well-cooked, and I truly appreciate them making things right.
We truly love Campero and hope to continue ordering every weekend. I kindly ask for understanding when customers request their food cooked properly — it really means a lot to families like mine. Now I feel much more at ease knowing my children can safely enjoy their meals.
I also want to give a special thank you to one of the ladies in the dining room — she is always so kind and smiling. She’s honestly one of the warmest people I’ve ever met at the Bellaire location, and her positive attitude makes a big difference. Thank you all for listening and for improving. It’s truly appreciated.

ALLISON M needs to get replaced?! 0 stars!!!! ❌ extremely disrespectful, rude, unkind, bitter clearly hates her job !!! She wears brown shirt might be a manager but she thinks she is above everyone.
I went inside to order while I was in line an elderly customer told her “my change is wrong” and she dismiss her concern and said “oh the register told me the change so blame register”. I was next in line to order. I asked for two $10 specials and she said “oh is only to go or drive-thru ” and I asked her why has the previous employees let me eat inside. She roll her eyes and told me ” I don’t know! but do you not know how to read ? and slam the flyer of the special aggressively , on counter to me”
Unacceptable behavior is not the way you handle a simple question. I will be reporting this to corporate highest. Management needs to look into this woman who is abusing authority !!!!. I decide not to order will never returning here, and recommend no one goes here I gave them plenty of chances always encounter rudeness but this was beyond NASTY!.

I just ordered a chicken sandwich. It wasn’t the best. That’s my review. Didn’t order anything else. They offer beans as a side, the beans weren’t bad. I want to try their other options. Don’t order the sandwich. It was kind of rubbery, for a fried chicken sandwich.

Cashiers are so rude! I asked the price for certain stuff and was responded with nothing but attitude and nonstop eye rolling. This is THEIR job and what the applied for, and they’re getting mad and inpatient because clients ask for the prices of certain things not specified on the menu?? What kind of customer service is that, specially when I was nothing but kind and patient with them.

Chicken, our nuggets were good. We came around 8:30 pm staff was not the friendliest. I wish the Supervisor would watch the video for 30 minutes, and watch how some young ladies conduct themselves in unprofessional maner loud. & roudy with a customer. We wont be back any time soon to this location. Aditional when our food was ready it was just place in counter, no one brought it to us, We had to guess it was ours, no straws. Place was mostly empty.
