Very, very disappointed in the attitude the server projected to our family today. We made reservations for early lunch at 11:15 am and were seated by the hostess with lunch menu’s. We were served our water while we decided what we wanted to order off the lunch menu. When the server came to take our order he announced we could not order the special off the lunch menu. He said he ran off 5 groups yesterday who tried to order the lunch special menu. He acted proud to share that information with us! We mentioned that KJ’s is then false in their advertising practices. His attitude was really not in line with a “Think Customer” mindset, just the opposite. Needless to say after planning for a week to come here for my wife’s Birthday we decided we had enough of this guy and decided we had made a big mistake and left. One other table who saw what was going on also got up and left. What a total disappointment! This place will not survive long term with this type of attitude, especially in SW Florida. I will make a point to share KJ’s to those ask me where to dine, most assuredly!
Update! As requested I reached out and spoke with Dino, manager who expressed his concern about our horrible experience. He ask about what server was involved. I check with my family and it was the young dark haired guy with facial hair. Dino said that the owners and himself were going to address the situation! The DNA in KJ’s from leadership down needs to be overhauled. Please fix it, as I know you can! I will randomly stop by to see what “Think Customer” practices the team has taken on. They need to focus on elimation of non value added waste and grow the business!

So glad we gave this place another chance!! Decided to come for my birthday and to say dinner and drinks was amazing would be an understatement!! Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of along with the management staff! The Brussel sprouts were amazing, steak perfectly cooked and dessert top notch!! Way to make a girl feel special!! We will be back for sure next time we’re in the area, as there are so many other items on the menu I want to try!

First time dining here and decided to give it a chance because of the great reviews— at which it didn’t disappoint! We chose to sit at the bar where Lila was tending and had an outstanding experience! She made us feel welcomed and gifted us roses as well as fun stickers to choose from. She also has travel stories and insights to share which kept us entertained. Her professionalism and skills help us navigate the menu and drink choices which the kitchen did an incredible job. Everything was delicious and we had plenty to take home as well. This restaurant makes most things from scratch, including the drink syrups, and uses all local suppliers. Definitely worth dining in for lunch or dinner specials whenever you can. A great place to impress, indulge, and make lasting memories in the Fort Myers area.

I can’t say enough great things about this restaurant. This was our first visit and we were celebrating our anniversary. The table was decorated and we got complimentary champagne. Our server Asia was great and took a picture of us and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager also came over to ask if we needed anything. Great first impression! And the food was delicious!

We stopped in for my Son’s birthday and had a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing and accommodating. Last time we were here was a few years ago, I didn’t remember the food being as good as it was. We were informed it had new management/ownership? Either way not one thing was bad. My son was thrilled with the food and dessert! We will be back!

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon about 4 pm. They were not that busy, so we got a table right way. They even had two large banquet rooms for private parties. This place was neat and clean. Our server Talia was on the ball with our drinks, food order and any questions we had. For Appetizer we got the Shrimp Cocktail. I ordered the 12oz Lage Cut Prime Rib med well with Baked Potato and Salad. My wife ordered the 8oz regular cut Prime Rib med well with Baked Potato and Salad. They brought out warm Bread to start with and then our Shrimp Cocktail. The Bread and Shrimp Cocktail was very good. Our Salads came out next and all looked fresh, and I loved that the Salad was cold and was served on a cold plate. Our main ordered came out and they looked amazing. Mine was so good and the Steak was done perfect even the Baked Potato was good. Now my wife ordered the wrong Steak she wanted the Filet Mignon but ordered the Prime Rib. This was not the Steakhouses fault but hers. They said not a problem we will make it right and make her a Filet Mignon. I was shocked they would go to that lengths to make things right for her. They even brought her a baked Potato to eat while they made her Filet and so I did not eat alone. The Special Events Coordinator Dino stopped by our table, and we thanked him for what they were doing for her and made sure he knew it was our fault not the restaurants. When her Steak came out it was done perfect. All our food was hot, done perfect, tasty and plenty of it. I must give this place 5 out of 5 stars for the food, the service and going above and beyond for us.

Absolutely incredible experience at KJ’s Steakhouse. I ordered the Filet Mignon with a lobster fried rice upgrade, and the steak was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and exactly how a filet should be. The lobster fried rice was unreal, unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. The lobster meat mixed with the rice and veggies was perfectly fried and packed with flavor. My meal also came with potato soup, which was surprisingly impressive—rich, comforting, and clearly made with care. This is a family-owned restaurant, and it truly shows. The owner, Warren, personally came out to check on me, which made the experience even better. Huge shoutout to my waiter, Kyle, who provided amazing service from start to finish. Great food, great people, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back.

First time here and it was well worth it . Our waitress Trisha was wonderful and the food was superb steak & South African Lobster perfectly cooked. Even the crème brûlée desert was perfect ! Definitely would recommend this restaurant. Glad I finally dinned her after 6 years of living here didn’t know what I was missing!

I hosted a private dining event at KJs. We had 16 in a room very fit for that number. Our servers were awesome – including TJ. Dino, the private dining manager who I had worked with online came to check on things more than once. The food was the star though! From soup to salad to entrees and sides to dessert this was a superb meal. There is great attention to detail at KJs in the dishes served. Even the owner came by. I highly recommend this place for locals. If we lived there we would be regular customers.

Our waiter was so attentive and helpful. He gave us recommendations for each item we had. I came here to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and he loved it! Thank you so much for the kind hospitality. The table was even decorated when we got there. I had no idea that they had that planned!
