Excellent! The food was delicious & the menu has so many options. We love Archer’s! Definitely in our top restaurants! My husband had the Texas burger, I had the mushroom, onion & Swiss burger. Yum! Go try it!

It was pretty much what Id expect for a place that opened in an old Tumbleweed. Lots of frozen and greasy food. Wings had next to no sauce. Dressing tasted like it was just mayo and either really poor quality or they don’t know how to make it. Wait staff brought is mild and hot wings and couldn’t tell us which one was what. Two waitresses both asked is “um i don’t know, what do you think?”. They were slightly different colors, you’d think the staff would know the menu a bit better. Food also came out incredibly slow. Like half an hour or more and blamed it on my friends pizza that was clearly frozen crust. Save your time and money. You know its bad when 75% of the place has grey and white hair.

I’ll start by saying the food was for the most part fantastic, but the service was rough. For a Saturday evening we were surprised that there was no wait, but after we were seated it took roughly 15 minutes before our drink orders were taken, at which time we also ordered an appetizer.
We opted to wait to order our entrees until we received our drinks, however we regretted that once it took close to 10 minutes to receive them, with our server then quickly walking away, not giving us time to place our order – we finally were able to order our entrees after being seated for 45 minutes.
All in all, from being sat, we waited about 25min to receive drinks, nearly an hour after being sat to receive appetizers (45min after ordering them), and 1hr 20min from being sat to receive our entrees (a close to 40min wait from ordering.)
When we received our food, most of it was great, HOWEVER – the sweet potato fries were ice cold (I didn’t point this out to our server, because at this point I was over it), and a piece of the fried fish was rubbery. Three other entrees had no problems.
Multiple times during our visit, the wrong food was attempted to be delivered to our table – there seemed to be bad communication among staff.
Next time we will attempt the other location, as we’ve heard great things about the staff there, but will be skipping the Kettering location from now on.

Bad experience for the 2nd time now. We waited 30 mins to be seated as a family of 7. They sat us at a table and took our drink and appetizer orders… then told us we were mis seated and told us it was going to be another 30 minute wait. They handled it really poorly and had no care in the world.

Went on a Friday night. Expected to wait to be seated with a table of six. But no wait. They were very busy. Server was terrible. 25 min to bring drinks. Just as long for appetizers. And then didnt take our order for a very long time. What should have been a one- one and a half hour experience was almost 3 hours. The food was delicious.

Visited here for lunch with 5 friends. We were quickly seated. A few minutes later a very rudely male came over for just our drinks and even that seemed to be a bother for him. 40 or 50 something guy, short hair. Thankfully, he wasn’t our server as we would have left right then. When our server came over, Michelle, she was very friendly and attentive. 2 ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger and liked it. They gave it a 4 but it looks like they were prepattied so I question the quality.. 1 ordered the Mahi and it was dry. 1 ordered the steak sandwich and she gave it a 4. I ordered the chicken salad. Sadly the chicken was cut from a flat patty that looked like it came from a McDonald’s sandwich. Once I re.oved the chicken the salad was good but thats a no brainer…Would I visit again? No. While we did enjoy our server Michelle nothing else was impressive sadly. For a Saturday afternoon, they were not busy at all. Now I know why

I got the Sticky Burger, a signature Archers item. It was good. I got it how it came, with peanut butter and pepper jack cheese and bacon. You could taste each flavor! I got it because I wanted to try something different. I also got fries but they were cold. I think they would have been delicious if they had been hot. I also tried a fish taco. It was ok. Also not hot. Make sure to ask for tartar sauce with that.

Food is typically just OK, there are certain items that are always good; the chili, fries, burgers, boneless wings and the Hawaiian pizza are all solid choices. Other items can be hit or miss. We’ve had both outstanding and horrible service while dining in, and many pickup order issues including no fries, no sauces, no celery etc when clearly shown or receipt too. Frequent mistakes can be frustrating. Otherwise we love the few items we know they do correct and they offer some things no other restaurants around so all in one place.

Service was good only because they agreed to take my French onion soup off bill. Picture below. Pop was flat. Pizza was not good. Very thin and dry. Burger was actually really good and so were the onion rings. Go here for that and you’re good!
