Not the employees fault, they were wonderful. Much like the other five reviews I grazed over, tiniest;saddest large fry I’ve ever seen in my life! Haven’t been to B King in years, won’t come back for a while/until addressed! Didn’t taste very good, wasn’t fresh, and pathetically small.

Risa delivered exceptional service, I was waiting behind a difficult customer while deciding what to order, and the entire time she was helpful and informative and gave this customer a lot of grave, even though the guest was changing their order multiple times and asking for things that weren’t possible like (raw fresh hash browns? which they can’t legally serve) the guest asked for that after the order was completed, which is actually insane…) but still, she maintained a positive attitude and politely informed the guest that they cannot provide that for them due to safety and health regulations and the customer understood. I then got my meal and it was exactly to my specifications and it was freshly made and delicious. Thank you!

So this was not the first incident where my order was botched. I can understand if they were busy, mistakes happen. With that said, this has not been the case … consistently. Tonight I ordered the $7 trio with an original chicken sandwich, no mayo and extra lettuce, a medium fries and a sprite. When I got home I got a soggy chicken sandwich with tons of hot mayo and no lettuce. I drove back to have them remake my order since the fries were now cold. The manager was at the window and was obviously put out and short with me. I told him that I had to drive all the way back and wanted a fresh batch of fries. He told me no because they didnt, “mess up the fries.” He ignored any attempt I tried to make to speak with him, so I cut my losses and went back home with my new chicken sandwich and cold petrified French fries.
When I got home, there was definitely no mayo and there must be a lettuce shortage in the United States or the staff needs to be educated on the word extra, because the new chicken sandwich had a sprinkling of some tired looking lettuce. This experience was anything but satisfying or pleasant.
I dont know about anyone else, but if I’m dropping a good dine on a meal for my family regardless of where it’s from, I expect to receive good service and good hot food. That is something that evades this location and since it’s a consistent issue, I’ll be following up with Buger Kings Corporate office to place a formal complaint.

I had a good experience at Burger King in Lakewood. The food tasted great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The drive-through service was smooth and efficient, with no long wait time. Overall, a pleasant visit, and I’d definitely stop by again.

This Burger King loves to cheat the order time system by noting peoples cars, sending them to the front so they can clear time, then handing out the order 10+ minutes later. Watched them hand out 3 orders that were missing something, mine included this morning. My order took 20 minutes to be walked out.

Sat in the drive through for an hour mostly because I couldn’t leave. Every car in front of me and behind me were in the same boat. When I finally got to the window, I let them know I had an online order and it was paid. I sat there for another 15 minutes when an employee finally came to the window and said sorry the broiler is down and we cant make your good. No refund because I paid through the app. I was MAD but I left. Now im out over $50 because im getting the run around from whoever is in charge of payment. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I went there…..still no refund. I hate the way people have stopped caring about others. My advice, don’t go to BK on Hosmer. Total waste of time. Never Again!!

Mayonnaise has egg in it. Egg protein allergies aren’t common, but aren’t rare enough to disregard entirely. The food is sloppily and consistently incorrectly assembled. This time, I got a burger that could’ve killed me.
I’m going to be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as the Lakewood Towne Centre about this, later this week.

1st time going they did not give me bacon on my crispy onion whopper which I was OK with because I had everything else on my burger.
2nd time going they did not give my crispy onions on my crispy onion whopper
3rd time going they gave me no onion rings or crispy onions on my crispy onion whopper.
I won’t order from this Burger King for messing up my order 3 times. They didn’t at least lower the price the third time and didn’t ask me for any substitutions or drop the price the very least.

Don’t bother with this place. Closes at inconsistent times, rude customer service, 1hr+ waiting in the drive thru, food undercooked, nuggets not separated before cooking so a food safety hazard, and there is ALWAYS something missing from our order. Not worth the time or money.
