You can tell they upgraded their servers and chefs! Our server were extremely attentive and nice (you never get that in these places anymore). Stopped in for a quick bite and the food was great, came out hot and quick. Never had an empty cup. Can’t say I had any complaints about anything. Great job with the new haul of staff! Definitely needed it! 10/10

Because of the terrible food and service, we haven’t gone here in a few years long story short that last time the chicken was bloody, and when they provided a replacement, it was also awful. I then got an undercooked steak with blood gushing from it. However, I have to admit that today’s was far from what i experienced, it is soooo much better. I thought the service and wait would be terrible on Friday night, but I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent service, delicious food, and a wonderful experience.

Greeted upon arrival. We arrived about 15 minutes prior to the dinner rush. Enjoyed a basket of chops and salsa. Meal was brought to us. Once again, Chili’s did not disappoint! My smashburger was still sizzling when it got to the table. We have been to more than 50 different Chili’s restaurants across the U.S. and never been disappointed once. They do their food very well! Server was very attentive, tea glass was never empty

We thought we had a gift card, but it was already used! We came for lunch, and Ruby had the Ultimate Smokehouse Combo with ribs and both kinds of quesadillas, and I had the Fajita Trio. It was a lot of food, and we took out 2 to go containers for later. We shared the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert, but I’m not sure where either of us put it!
Lauren was our server and brought us enough iced tea refills to float a boat. She was very friendly.
Being a Sunday, the place was booming, with the associated noise. I would stop again, but at a quieter time.

The food is great. The staff, awesome. So why the low review? Because trying to navigate their parking lot after sunset is not only extremely challenging, it’s also very dangerous. The visibility after dark is so poor that I’m surprised no one has been run over or attacked by criminals. This review is not trying to be hyperbolic, rather, the aim is to help keep the patrons safe. It’s so oppressively, poorly lit outside. Chili’s … I’m sure you guys have money in the budget for brighter lights for your parking lot.

Went on veterans day. Aweful service. I came at 8:30pm and the restaurant was empty. They sat me and I waited 15 minutes for a server to greet me. I ordered and has to wait Another 20 minutes, i made a complaint .to get 3 chicken crispers and fries almost 30 minutes. They bright me the chicken first then 10 minutes later the fries. The server said that the young chef was in a bad mood. They gave me a complimentary dessert so that was nice of them. But the staff NEEDS TO BE TRAINED on pepper customer service.

Sad experience, we went early to avoid any rush, shortly after 5. Seated right away. Really nice server but she seemed overwhelmed and nervous, drink order was taken quickly but brought to us wrong. Our food was ordered, we waited and waited, now the place was almost full. Our entrees arrived, but wait, we NEVER got our apps? Too late now so we ate our meals, my burger was completely cold and looked link it had been sitting around for 15 minutes before they brought it out. They probably thought we were having our apps, NOT. By far my worst Chili’s experience yet. Not sure why I’m even giving 2 stars, the server was nice and trying.

Went for lunch early. Lots of seating but decided to sit at the bar. Good choice. Bartended was very helpful in reviewing and tasting several beers. Large menu, chose appetizers. They arrived quickly, were generous and well prepared. Will definitely go back.

Been coming here for the past 3 days. I love it here great staff great food. Will be coming back for sure. My favorite menu item is the skillet cookie. Its so good. Thank you to all the staff for all you do very satisfied staff always keeps the restaurant clean and the service is outstanding the music is amazing. This is my go to place to hangout and get a nice bite to eat. And to the general manager thank you for all you do the staff definitely deserve recognition for all they do and treating us like family. Definitely recommend.

My family came here for dinner, after spending all day at the hospital for a sick loved one. First they sit 7 of us at this table that was designed to seat only 6, so we were crammed together. Our server, Christian, took everyone’s order. After placing my order, I asked Christian, or server, if they could please cook my burger to a medium rare and his response to me was…”I will let the kitchen know but we are really busy so I’m not sure of you will get it that way. ” Like wait… what???? Let’s blame the kitchen because you don’t want to do your job?? I happened to order the 3 for me…. which includes your drink, a starter, and your meal. I get my drink no problem.
After a long while, I asked Christian, the person who is supposed to be our server, if my salad was coming anytime soon because I didn’t want my salad with my meal…. as it NORMALLY comes out before the dinner, and his response, AGAIN, “The kitchen is really busy, it should be up soon.” As Christian finally brings out my salad, he tells me the kitchen LOST our ticket!! REALLY???? So the salad finally came out and within 1 minute… here comes our dinner. So of course, I can’t enjoy my salad. Now….I ordered the Oldtimer cheeseburger. I look at my plate and the burger is flat and way overcooked….. they didn’t give me the right burger… they brought out a smash burger. If I wanted a smash burger.. I would have asked for one. So not only do I get the wrong food, it’s not cooked right and oh yeah… let’s blame the kitchen because you know.. .”They’re very busy”. So instead of this server going to check on things like he should have, no…. he didn’t care one iota, and never checked on anything!!! THEN…. of course, I’m not eating what I didn’t order so I asked for the manager…. this manager looks like he was sleeping…. slow mode, and didn’t say much… other than, “I’m sorry, I will fix it.” He also seemed to not give a crap. This location is awful. They just don’t care. The prices keep going up, the service sucks and the food is mediocre at best. Our chips for the chips and salsa were under cooked, not crispy, and very gummy. I will not be going back. I’m not throwing away hard earned money for a corporation who could care less about its patrons!!
