Odered the Pepper Steak and Rib Eye Steak. My husband love the Pepper Steak and surprisingly it is tender for a sirloin. Rib Eye was so tender as well just lack a little more salt per our friend but for us it taste good. The meat itself has good flavor already. Definitely something local we can go back to compared going to Texas Roadhouse 🙂

This is my second time here and this time my husband and I took my Mother for her birthday. I recall not enjoying my previous experience and couldn’t pin point why so we went anyway.
I asked for my steak to be medium-well and it was not only cooked well done, it was extremely burnt on the ends. Additionally, when my mother asked for a to-go box for her food, we were given a container that obviously had food in it. I’m sure this wasn’t our waiters fault but that is extremely disgusting especially if it came from the “clean” pile.

I tried the ribeye streak. Not worth the money. It had little flavor, very thin and had alot of grisly areas.
The mushrooms were good. Overall there are places available that are better for the money spent here.

This was our first time eating here and it was so good. My wife and I have seen this restaurant all over the country while moving in the military and we finally ate here and it was so worth it. I wish we would have stopped here sooner. The onion rings were so good, the beer came in a large glass and it was very cold. My wife and I got all the meats we desired. Steak, ribs and all the sides. We will be back 100%, great spot to eat great food.

So very sorry to have this report. Ordered two Rib-eye steaks, with sides, to go. Steak had a great deal of gristle and difficult, if not impossible, to cut away. Much was thrown out as unedible. The toast was burnt and thrown away. My wife liked the rice and the baked potato was good. If we didn’t live in Valle Vista, I would have taken it back.
We’ve eaten here often. This is certainly not the quality we have come to know. Hopefully this was a one off. We’ll certainly try again, things do happen. If we see this poor quality and preparation, most likely won’t be back.
P.S.- After writing this review, I went on-line to read others. Quality seems to be becoming a theme. May not try again given the cost. Going to have to give it some thought.

Don’t skip this place! We went on a random afternoon, super early! Denise was our waitress and she was PHENOMENAL! She waited until we were half done with our starters before asking the chef to finish our meal.
Now the meal… So good. If you like onion rings, this will be your new favorite spot. They are crispy, stacked, and breaded, almost tempura like. Denise then brought me a bucket of the best RANCH I have ever had(pictured.)
Beer are huge, ribs fall off the bone, and mashed potatoes tasty. And the tomato soup…nom nom.
