Would be nice if they actually filled up large fries more than halfway or gave you the sauce you asked for. I asked for extra Dijon mustard for their limited-time pretzel sandwich and this is the third time I’ve not received any. Fries are always half-full and they top it off with sauce packets. What a joke

Wasn’t very impressed with this location. The fries were hot but not cooked all the way kinda soggy. Even the chicken sandwich the chicken seemed raw. IDK. But I have had better chick-fil-A experiences with the quality of food. Super delicious lemonade freeze of course never fails…manager was very nice and friendly.

The staff is always so amazing, kind, polite, and helpful. Food is always scrumptious! I am a truck driver, and I was so impressed. I came to the door after the lobby had closed and one of their staff members took my debit card and still took my order & brought it out to me since I could not go through the drive-through. She even gave me a brownie for free since their lobby was closed and I’m a truck driver. Thank you Chick-fil-A for going above and beyond! You made my night I visit the store. Every chance I get.

I was waiting at the counter and 2 girls ignored me. As soon as another lady walked up, they greeted her and served her right away. I said “am I in the wrong place? “She said oh I thought you were still looking. She should’ve asked me if I was ready before helping someone who just walked up. Then there was a frozen fry on top of my fries. How did they not see that? The #7 comes with a cold piece of cheese. Won’t be getting that again and I’ll never return to this location. This is not the quality of food or quality of customer service I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-a. Very disappointing.

Chick-fil-A is always good, consistent, and has great service. The restaurant is always clean, even with a steady flow of customers.
I find it helpful to do the pull-in parking to pick it up. Seems to go a little easier than drive through. Drive thru, pullin pick up, and dine-in are all good options.
Don’t forget to use their rewards program for free items. Can’t go wrong with a milkshake or yogurt parfait with granola!

I went to Chick fil a today, ordered nuggets and Mac and cheese. I got home, started to eat it, I opened my Mac and cheese only to find a curly black hair. I live 25 minutes away from that location. I called them, and they were really nice about it and gave us our next meal for free. But I am really disgusted, and chances are I’ll never go back again. The manager was really kind about it, but I don’t think I will be returning to this place. highly don’t suggest.

Kids who don’t care about providing good service. My order has been wrong every single time . The morning crew is usually good, but the teens at night just dont care. Its annoying driving home just realize half the order is missing . This is the third time .

Had a really great experience here with my girlfriend it was a nice dining experience. We tried the key lime milk shake and it was great. They have a playground here for the kids and it is a new restaurant so it’s very clean and well kit right off the inner States a very convenient.

12/10: tried at 1:05p, no line, plenty of tables, expeditiously fast service! Much better.
Update: Do Not Go during lunch, no room to sit again! Drive through was packed! Poor planning the place is overwhelmed! Lost all the stars I normally give.
Missed the mark at lunch today. Super crowded, not enough places to sit. Food was delivered to a table that had to be shared, yet, it was luke warm at best. Not the usual customer experience I have come to expect from a brand new location. Think they might have underestimated this location for popularity. Not a place for noon, maybe better earlier or later.
