They were nice here. I ordered a regular number 1 combo. However it too 25 minutes to get my food and the people who got here after me got their food within seconds. How do I order my food at 12:25 and get my food near 12:50?! Love White Castle but that was very infuriating. But they were friendly and I feel bad leaving this review but waiting that long and people who came after me getting their food within a matter of 60 seconds was super frustrating.

Still a great place for sliders. So many new options and lots of longtime favorites are available. You’ve just got to get a sack of 10 and a sack of onion chips, or two. So tasty and easy to eat while driving.

What can I say, I love White Castle! They are slow and always have been and it does not matter which one you go to because they cook the burgers as they are ordered. The chicken rings, onion strips, cheese sticks are all great and from what I hear the clam strips are as well. I will never turn down a White Castle!

Where should I start. I put two stars for disliking it but it was not the food, no. It was the amount of time it took to receive my food the playfulness in the kitchen (Apparently it’s about 3 to 6 cars in the Drive-Thru for everyone customer in the lobby). The main problem that I had is that I understand that there is a pandemic going on and that a lot of people are using the drive-through instead of coming indoors, But clean something. The lobby was disgusting, the tables Had garbage on them, the floor was not swept, the pop machine was just splattered with coloring. So you should be really careful of where you get your food because if they don’t have enough courtesy to clean the lobby when it is open I can’t imagine what they’re doing to your food. I forgot to mention the random homeless guy that they let stroll in and out of there getting free drinks.

First time trying the garlic cheese….. I wasn’t impressed lol! Didn’t taste to much like garlic to me. I’d rather stick with the regular cheese. My slider wasnt cooked enough tho. I just nibbled around it. My 1st time trying the chicken rings!! Very good I must say! Ranch was really good! I’ll definitely order those again. The next morning…. I was back for a breakfast slider!!! I miss white castle alot lol this location was aight!

Ive heard cook to order, but cook your food once you get to the window. No this white castle is by far has the worst service. Under staff when’s it’s only 1 or 2 ppl working. Three ppl means one on front the other two cook.

Okay, normally I don’t do this, BUT, this is a GARBAGE location! We waited in the drive thru 42 mins for food that’s not even cooked!? What is this mess! No thank you!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The inside of this place was filthy first off. And second I saw they were busy with the drive thru but they didn’t even bother to address me until 5 mins of waiting at the counter to place my order. The staff were rude to not only me but other customers within this 2 minute interaction. Finally took my order after 10 mins it took another 20 just to receive my food.
I work in customer service myself and I’m a patient person. This was unacceptable with service and the building sanitation.
