Big location with lots of tables, kind staff, food was hot I cannot complain. Love the round booth style seating it felt new inside. Restrooms were clean and everything was ADA friendly including entrance and restrooms.

Coupon Chaos: A Disappointing Return in My recent visit, it was a frustrating exercise in poor customer service.
I tried to redeem a coupon for a free meal, it was issued directly by this store some time ago to compensate for a prior bad experience. The coupon successfully brought me back, but that’s where the positive experience ended.
I was told the coupon, despite being from this location, wouldn’t be honored because of new ownership, even though it was only about a year old…This decision is baffling. A coupon represents a commitment from the business operating there. Refusing to accept it not only nullifies the original gesture but completely undermines any goodwill it might have created. It’s a clear failure in basic marketing and customer retention….

Almost always have amazing food, great service, usually pretty clean considering kids running everywhere making messes and people being in and out back to back, I will say the last time I went and I know this is kinda out of the places control, down the slide with my toddler, and turned around and there was a kid maybe 7-8 on all fours chasing after my toddler, scared her to death it was kinda funny but I don’t recommend the play set unless there’s no other kids there, it’s not very safe in general things like this have happened multiple times not the exact same obviously but different variations of it lol, over all a great place to eat

Whoever the lady in the red shirt was working drive through this morning on 10/21/25 needs re-training! First off the speakers are echoing your own voice back to you making it hard to place your order and I don’t think they can hear in the other side and I corrected my order there twice, pulled up and paid and went to the next window and the order was still messed up. Was told to pull up and I did but they came out trying to refund me for the wrong thing they charged instead of giving me what I actually ordered and made a big fuss about it because what I really ordered cost more. Had they told me that at the window I would have paid for the difference but instead they want to rush you away. I had to get upset for them to actually give me what I ordered. This McDonald’s sucks!! Service is always terrible here! And why do they act like the mess up is our fault? HORRIBLE

Order is constantly missing items whether it’s food, straws, utensils. Trying to get attention at the counter to fix the order is like calling a teenager with earbuds on max volume.

We stopped here for breakfast on 03/05/22 (saturday). They were busy and the ordering machines were down. The cashier was nice. We must’ve waited at least 15 mins for a few biscuits and pies. I think they ran out of biscuits but I wish they just announced why they were held up. They had a crowd just staring at their every move lol. Once we got our order, everything was great. Bathrooms seemed clean. The dining area did need some cleaning.
