I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The food was unfortunately not up to standard and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. On top of that, the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, which made the visit even more disappointing. I submitted a formal review/concern previously and have not received any follow-up from management, which speaks to the lack of care for customer feedback. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and makes improvements, as both the quality of food and service are essential to creating a positive dining experience.

My daughter (2 1/2) and I have been coming here for 2 months now. Every Monday at 10:10 a.m.. We have always sat with Aaron. He is absolutely phenomenal. Such a great waiter that we have kept the same ritual for the same two months with the same waiter, same time, same food. Aaron has memorized this and always gotten it ready for us as we are coming through the door. Thank you Aaron for your hardwork, dedication to service, and becoming my daughter and I’s friend. We truly love our experience with you. We hope to keep this up for many times to come and ale those memories grow even more.

Unfortunately, a small child screaming repeatedly throughout our meal. We realize this is not controllable by the restaurant. It did, however, have an impact on our almost perfect dining experience.
The restaurant should consider that as much as they don’t want to lost that customer, we, too, are customers and remember that as less than positive, but instead being quite disturbing. We consider the atmosphere highly important when we dine. Our waiter, Aaron, was extremely attentive and went out of his way to make it a positive experience.

This is by far one of the WORST Ihops we have been too! We walked in and it smelled weird, the kids still wanted it because the one in mustang is amazing! So we sat down and ordered right away. 30 mins goes by and the server Samuel comes back and says sorry the food is taking a long time, I forgot to put your order in. So we wait another 15 mins for our food to come out. He messed up the order even though he read it back to us TWICE. We asked for extra crispy hashbrowns and they served them soaked in grease. Poor service, the food was NOT good except the actual pancakes. We love IHOP but don’t waste your time on this location!!!

Aaron with two A’s at nw location was by far the best waiter I have ever had that man deserves employee of the month and a raise. He was polite very friendly and funny. Ps has the best memory he will remember your full order by heart.

Not enough negative ratings. I ordered 2 ihop meals from 2 locations, this one being one of those meals, and BOTH stores got my order completely wrong and left things out and I had several missing items. I hope the corporate offices see this. This isn’t the only store in the okc area that’s terrible, THEY ALL ARE!!!!!! Ill never be going to another ihop ever!!! IF that’s how they take care of their customers, they should shut down and look for a different job because their customer service is a joke at best!!!!!!

We haven’t been to an IHOP in many years. Stopped in for a quick breakfast and we were not disappointed. Everything was clean, the food was hot and fresh, and our server was amazing. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this location.
