Reviews
We had to wait nearly an hour to be seated yet only about have the tables were being utilized.
I asked about it and our server said one server never showed up and everyone was covering extra tables.
I don’t want this review to reflect poorly on the server we had as she did outstanding.
Destiny was our server, and she checked in regularly throughout the meal, always making sure we had everything we needed. She was incredibly kind and attentive. Matthew, the manager, not only delivered our appetizer himself but surprised us after the meal with a complimentary dessert and an anniversary card signed by the staff—with coupons tucked inside!
We’ve never felt so genuinely welcomed, especially at a restaurant we were visiting for the first time. Matthew even made sure we knew the coupons were valid at locations near our hometown. The whole experience was above and beyond—heartwarming and unforgettable. More restaurants need people like Destiny and Matthew!
However, when I got home to eat it just…wow…I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse cut of ribs in my entire life. The actual rib bones didn’t go all the way through and behind them was just a mass of fat and gristle with a long, thick tubular piece that I can only assume was an artery. Probably about half the cut was inedible. Not only that it was severely undersauced. You’d think after insulting me with the 1.5 ribs beforehand the manager would have selected the BEST cut of ribs possible, right? But no.
The accompanying shrimp was only marginally better. It just tasted poor-quality and the accompanying cocktail sauce was awful and tasted like chemicals. Idk how you mess up cocktail sauce, but they managed to do it. Ironically the Caesar salad was actually delicious…like probably one of the best I’ve ever had? Which was weird to have a “best” and “worst” in the same meal…but yeah, beyond the salad everything else was absolutely horrible.
I’m think I’m done with Red Robin forever now. I realize that this meal wasn’t really burger-focused and you could say “you got ribs and shrimp from a burger place, what do you expect!?” Well I expect SOMETHING better than that! Don’t have something on your menu if it’s gunna suck that bad!
at the end I decided not to get a burger although they look delicious I got the fish and chips and Although is the priciest fish and chips I’ve ever got in a regular venue they were worth it… the breading was perfect the frying was in the right cooking and the fryes were superb
all these with coleslaw and that delicious tartar sauce… it was a perfect meal but the most amazing thing is the attention from that nice lady that helped with me I cannot remember her name but she really made me feel so comfortable
and one thing I noticed is that I order the food and didn’t took more than 2 minutes to be in my table,
that’s an amazing feat! I can tell that this restaurant is running a really good team and they are really good at what they do…
the coffee was really good and I recommend everybody the strawberry lemonade it’s a really enjoyable experience for a casual dining experience, and still very friendly to my wallet I guess for two people dining well and even with a little dessert probably 40 bucks I didn’t have a problem living 20% of the tip
I certainly recommend this place and I will myself come back soon…thank you guys!
excellent job…delicious food…
see you soon!
* Bartender was more focused on pre-closing or whatever to care about serving us. I get it. I wouldn’t want to be there, either.
* The food was tepid, bland and uninspired. The endless salads sat at the expo area for several minutes. twice. Second salad even came without dressing or croutons, which was a nice touch. Pizza gave me heartburn that stuck around, very greazzzy for sure.
All in all…..Just about what I expected for a first time ever Red Robin dinner.
