Ok I never do this but this but this is the 4th time in a row I go here with my family and the service has been getting worse and worse and I will never go back here to eat again.
1st upon getting the restaurant the person checking people in was more worried about having conversations with people then greeting people as they come in. Thank God for the manager coming to seat us. Or else we would’ve wait longer.
2nd it took almost 10 minutes to get our drinks and no alcohol was ordered
3rd table next to us was stacked with dirty dishes and food from people eating in that area. Stood there the whole time we were there and still there after we left. Let alone the dirty napkins that were on the floor and several employees walked past it and didn’t think to pick up.
Last but most important If you have a party of 7 why would you bring out peoples food when not all orders are ready. My family eats together as a family. By the time the last order came out my food was cold. At least it tasted good.
Don’t waste your time here if you have a large party.

Excellent food. Very tasty. Great price. The atmosphere is nice. Amazing combo options. My daughter loves the ribs. Don’t forget to try the House Margarita.

Had dinner on Thursday January 8th and Becky was our server. She was absolutely amazing. Told us about new drinks and menu items. She had such a great attitude and so friendly. We will definitely be back because of servers like her and her service. Thank you!!!

This was absolutely laughable service , my waiter had a poor attitude, never refilled our drinks , the food we orders besides the appetizers was horrible , one soup wasn’t even the correct one . Then to top it off , there was no staff in the main lobby , leaving the restaurant unattended and unsupervised. Whoever is the manger of this establishment I really hope you can have a meeting with your staff about proper food and service management and attendance.

My husband & I went today to have dinner, we were sat down but the server never acknowledged us & kept checking on the table behind us. Another couple sat down 15 minutes after us & he immediately took their order & drinks. Mind you, we were already sitting there for almost 30 minutes. I understood it was a busy time but you don’t look at 2 people waiting & not acknowledge that they are there. We decided to leave so we let the host know & told her the situation and all she says is “oh, im sorry”. Didn’t even try to see if there was anything they could do or even just get a manager to help out. Never going to this Applebee’s again. I never write reviews for bad experiences but this one was a first.

I have been here on various occasions. Service is usually slow. This time, the food was cold. I ordered a drink from the bar, and I could see it sitting there getting warm until it finally was brought to the table 15 minutes later. I’m not saying that I would not return, but it is way down on my list.

I ordered food here for curbside pickup. I get there and wait about ten minutes before I have to leave my vehicle to go get it myself. I get food and walk back to my vehicle to check the food and they gave me someone else’s order. So now I have to go back in and attempt to get the right food. I have to wait ten minutes to fifteen minutes before I could get help because the hostess was not up front and hiding somewhere in the back until other employees had to get her.I eventually get my food and all the manager said was sorry after about thirty minutes of time wasted. I finally check my food and find everything is crushed into one box. The mozzarella sticks were mashed to the boxed, soggy, and the food wasn’t hot. The quesadillas only had cheese and no chicken. They didn’t even include ranch for the chicken. Terrible idea to get Applebees and won’t be going here again.

Decided to take the family to Applebees for kids eat 1.99 Tuesday the staff was so amazing and friendly with the kids. The food came out fast and hot All of the kids entrees are normal size just cheaper. Me and my husband got the 2 for 25 the chicken parm pasta was amazing lots of food enough to take home and enjoy for lunch tomorrow all around loved the food and staff very much.

Revised review: feels like a whole new place. Perfectly staffed, fresh hot food, perfectly cooked and quickly served. I’m very impressed at the correction that this place has made. I’ve updated my review to five stars from 3. Glad this place made a turnaround because i really do enjoy their food. Kaytlin S was server today really on point. Will repeat.
