The menu here is limited but if you want some Bahn mi, this is it. I had the steak and it was absolutely delicious, very tender and flavorful. Aside from having them in vietnam, this is my favorite one. As for atmosphere, it’s a food cart in a parking lot, not much ambiance. Food is top notch though.

My favorite food truck in Bend. My only regret is that it’s not open more days and longer hours. Love the chicken bahn mi sandwiches. Take it across the parking lot to eat inside the brewery tasting room if it’s a super hot afternoon. Otherwise, you can walk deeper into the far end of the parking lot and enter a grassy area with facilities for picnics (but the restaurant beepers don’t work that far away, so wait until you have your food first.)

This is my favorite place in Bend. The flavors are impeccable, the chicken is blackened in the perfect way, their house sauce is bomb af, and if you enjoy a spicier sauce, they have one secretly stashed they can give you (Thanks James). They are super *consistent* which is important, and the dudes who run it are cute and kind, which makes supporting them even easier. Get to Da Nang quick! Your tummy will thank you!
