I love this place. I took my girlfriend here for our first date and for Valentine’s Day, and it delivered both times. The vibe is always on point. Even when the place is packed to the walls, the servers stay friendly like they’ve got unlimited patience on tap.

The music is legit Italian, they hand out roses like they got a florist in the back, and honestly the whole atmosphere feels like the kind of spot that helps seal the deal for any date night.

I’m already looking forward to my next visit—this place hasn’t missed yet.

My time at Elizabeth’s pizza was outstanding. From the food to the service I was left with a great impression of it all. My server was Antonio. He was a great help to me, keeping a great attitude, while I was on the fence about my decision. I decided to try a Calzone, for the first time, it was amazing. The food is properly seasoned and garnished well. I will definitely be coming back and bringing my family. I recommend this place to anyone willing to dive into a whirl of delicious food!☺️

I had a fantastic experience at Elizabeth’s Pizza! The service was truly amazing from the moment we walked in. I want to give a special shout-out to our server, Zach, who was wonderful. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and made sure our meal was perfect from start to finish.
As for the food—it was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh and flavorful. If you’re looking for great food and top-tier service, I highly recommend this spot. Ask for Zach if you can!

Great dining experience! Sat outside during nice weather and the ambiance was perfect, exactly what I was looking for. Troy provided excellent service, not overbearing but checked in often enough to keep me happy. I spent $48 (pre-tip) which covered complimentary bread, side salad, pasta, dessert, and 2x glasses of wine. Very reasonable prices! For my meal I had a customized pasta dish- the cheese Tortellini with Alfredo and Chicken. For dessert, the Double Decker Tuxedo Cheesecake. Both were delicious!

Reminded us of Italy. Great wait staff Best waiter was Zak. He listen to my stories. A terrific young man. Food awesome and plenty of it. Wife says, “Tiramisu was spot on.” It was. I recommend this one on Hope Mills Road.

We have been coming to Elizabeth’s for a long time. We have never been disappointed. The food and atmosphere are always great. Our server Zach, who we really like and always ask for, was great as usual. His friendliness, attitude and attentiveness always make our visits extra nice. Definitely recommend trying it out.

Zach was our bartender at Elizabeth’s Pizza and absolutely made the experience. He makes great drinks, is super easy to talk to, and delivers excellent service every time. The food was already great per usual, but having Zach as your server takes the whole experience up a notch. Friendly, attentive, and consistently on point, never fails to impress. Highly recommend sitting at the bar if Zach’s working!

I visited Elizabeth’s the previous evening for my girlfriend’s holiday work party. I was surprised that despite it being a work party there was only one assigned waitress. Fortunately for her, many people ended up not showing due to late meetings and travel. Unfortunately for us, our waitress could not have cared less about us dying face first into our food save for the fact that clearing the plates from the table would now be that much more inconvenient for her. When asked for a bottle of Malbec (which was actually pretty good) she didn’t even take the cap off even though it was a simple twist off citing “I know some customers like to do it themselves”. I have worked front and back of house for years in various restaurants and i can assure you under no circumstances do you ever present a bottle the way.

We were still waiting to hear back from some of the other coworkers if they were going to show or not when we were told by the waitress that the kitchen would be closing at 9. This was about 8:20. While I think this is typically an hour earlier than most standard kitchens close, my main question is, why you would not want to stay open later to accommodate a group that’s likely to order lots of apps and drinks from you if encouraged to do so? Holiday parties are cash cows.

So we ordered our food and it came out at a reasonable time. It was slopped onto the plate with the same care that our little host had been showing us all night. Large portions with no substance. Dy chicken, watery sauce leaking about the corners, nothing visually appealing or happy to be paying money for.

We had a little elephant gift exchange and asked the waitress for a piece of paper to shred up so we could draw names. She said she couldn’t spare any so we improvised with a napkin and made due. I’m glad everyone was in good spirits and nice people. But I’m tired of being nice to people who take our money and offer us so little in return.

Elizabeth’s is a great example of so many horrible restaurants in America today. Overpriced, reheated frozen sysco crap put down in front of us in portions so large we hate ourselves after eating it. One, because it’s too much and they pass that size off as value and two, because we leave our meals knowing that we paid more than we should for something we could absolutely make at home better. And what’s worse is the service is so mediocre you feel like your existence in their venue is an inconvenience to them. Everything about the meal was fine, the service fine, the whole evening was fine. But in this economy, “fine” doesn’t get a recommendation from someone. And it doesn’t get them coming back to you.

If you’re a manager, owner, or chef of this restaurant reading this I truly implore you to have some pride in your product and find some passion for what you do and take it seriously. If you’re a person who read this whole review wondering if your money will be spent well here, then I’m sorry I can’t say it will. If you’re that waitress we had last night, you should fine another line of work.

The wings are good but very fried almost too much! The loaded fries are a JOKE! Don’t order them. Their drinks are good, but expect a 30-minute wait for them. Hostess is nice and seems to know what she is doing, but that’s about it. Our servers took an hour to do anything! As a previous server, I understand being busy, but you never neglect a table, and you definitely aren’t rude to the person paying the bill when nothing was even said to you. You are supposed to get bread with your drinks. Have been there 5 times now and didn’t know this until the 5th time. They also throw the butter packets in the same basket as the bread. Um… different plate guys because your fingers and everyone else’s were all over those packets, and now they are touching the bread that we are supposed to eat! No one wants to eat that!

Arrived 15 minutes after I placed on my order they told me my food was not ready. I waited in the hall way. About 45 minutes after I placed my order I was. I was handed my food. My pizza and pasta were not hot at all. Like warm at best. Cold in my opinion. They don’t check the Togo stand unless an annoying ring from an online order chimes in!!
I Ordered chicken Alfredo but instead of grilled chicken, I asked for fried Milanese chicken. The description on the website is like freshly breaded chicken breast right but it’s not fresh. It’s frozen. The chicken is literally what I would consider a Tyson chicken patty so chicken nugget consistency. Not worth $18 for adult or $10 for kids. Not fresh at all
