Although the service was mediocre and the lady up front was kind, i got home and noticed one the yellow peppers was bitten into. The shop was empty and there was only one woman working so I could pinpoint exactly who it was. This is disgusting and completely unacceptable. I cannot imagine what else they might do if they’re okay with giving customers bitten and eaten food.

So, I literally just receive my order. SO Disappointed. I paid for a Pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and pizza sauce. It taste like cheese and crackers. I should of ordered Pizza Hut.

This Papa John’s is awesome. Great customer service with a friendly cashier! I placed my order via the app and tracked it, super easy and convenient. My order was right and my food was perfect. This location is being safe during the Pandemic, only allowing one customer inside at a time. Definitely a good experience at this Papa’s.

Manager really never apologized once for the terrible service. Usually always order from here they’re the only pizza delivery to deliver to mead valley but when they said I can’t have a refund for a $30 pizza that was unacceptably tossed around. The manager said he couldn’t compensate for my troubles and that all he could do was quality guarantee another if I still jad all the slices of the messed up one so I said it’s all here they can take it and rudely hung up after.All I wanted was my money back so I could eat now or be compensated if I was forced to wait longer for my food.

Horrible service
We made a purchase today and we received some of our item very dry and with almost no sauce. Talked with Jeff manager and after explaining how I received my food he said “ so what do you want me to do”. A manager would not be asking that question. They don’t offer anything for them and they are not giving us what we order. They said they can only slightly put sauce. If you look on the picture they are very dry. He did absolutely nothing and did not care. I spent about $70 in food and I expect to get my moneys worth. Papa Johns is horrible now. Increased prices, increased delivery fees, very little amounts of sauce, no longer provide free peppers or cheese. I will have to look for another pizza company. So disappointed.

I was skeptical of trying this Papa John’s location after all of the bad reviews but honestly my Pizza tasted great! It was done within the time promised and was exactly how I ordered it. I Love Papa John’s it’s one of the best out there in my opinion. The $7 Large one-topping is my fave special! The workers from today get a thumbs up from me. Thank you!

Totally Disgusted! If I could give a zero, I would I ordered $70 worth of pizza today when the pizza arrived there was a big old black long hair baked in the cheese. I called to try to have the issue resolved and was told that they could just make me another one and send it back out as if I would want any more pizza with hair baked in it. I asked for the manager and was told that there is no manager there. I’d have to call back. I am truly disappointed and disgusted. I will not be ordering at Papa John’s again after I speak to a manager in the morning I will come back and update this review.

Seriously , ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas .At 9pm in Perris Anthony was the Mgr ( so he said ) .When my family open 1box looked ok then we opened second box an 2 HUGE roaches were inside the BOX .Could this be a NIGHT MARE !!! Calling Health Department in morning, unexceptionable , called the store they gave me the run around , called another store and they gladly gave me corporate number , My kids a few pieces praying they are ok , Fair warning they are unclean stay away .

Came in there around my 9:00 4/7/25 ordered in my pizza was horrible and the manager wouldn’t even remake it didn’t even apologize for making my pizza wrong and it was horrible sausage tasted spoiled I need better management there at Perris and Ramona
