Excellent service by everyone involved with our breakfast. AndreaT is the best, love how she checks back to the table several times during our visit.

I have always like IHOp restaurants. But none is in my town. I have to travel 30 mins out. But I enjoy eating there. The omelet was well done. Not to mention the pancakes, delicious. Hint hint IHOP, my hot chocolate could be a bigger one. I loved the customer service from the entrance

Literally waiting for 20 minutes and someone comes in after us and they get seated. We chalk it up to no big deal. Someone comes up to us and asks us if we’re picking up an order. We say no we’re waiting to get seated to eat. Four people walk in and she immediately asks them table or booth and seats them instead. Seriously?

To the response. Why? What are you going to do? Say sorry, please give us a chance? No, we left and ate somewhere that deserves our business.

Go to eat and we r told they can do carry out only because of staff!!!! Had people dinning in (3 tables). Should think about who they have working and get new employees. I will not return.

I understand that it’s late on July 4th but you should never allow food to leave your restaurant looking like this. Never mind just tasting bad, this was completely inedible. Tasted like eating charcoal.

First of all, the service is terrible, the table isn’t clean nor was my hot chocolate with mystery green stuff, we didn’t receive cutlery and the servers were yelling at each other in the kitchen which all the more made the experience garbage and I probably wont be coming back. Although the food was alright but the temperature felt extremely hot with nothing being done about it you could probably mistake it for hell!

I am genuinely concerned about the waitress we had at the restaurant yesterday morning. My family came in to have a bite of food before heading home from Massanutten. There were 7 of us and for some reason I was the only person to not get my food until the end of the meal for everyone else. The waitress stated she had been yelling at the cooks to get the food, but I said nothing due to the fact that I am diabetic and my sugar was dropping. When she came to the table the last time to offer my husband more coffee said I am diabetic and needed my food. At the end of the meal and after me finally getting food as everyone sat and watched me eat because they were done, my husband asked for my meal to be taken off the bill. The waitress, who claimed she was a manager, claimed I had cuss her out and that I needed to apologize to her. My husband was taken a back and explained that I never said any cuss words and barely spoke to her. She then said she had never been talk to like “that” in 23 years of waiting tables. My husband was confused and again stated that I never used a cuss word and only told her that I was diabetic. She then went on to say that she was diabetic too and there was no excuse for my behavior and demanded I apologize to her. As a counselor, I am worried that she may be having some mental health concerns. This whole experience was troubling.
