I waited in line drive through for 30 minutes just to place my order. Then another 20 minutes to pay. And the problem wasn’t that they were busy, but that the girl at the window just hung up her headphones and left. There was only ONE car in front of me. They also constantly forget to include something in the order. And also i supposed to ask 4 times to do my order right because another guy on a phone was speaking really really quiet. As a result, I stood there for an HOUR to pick up my food. Awful experience. Giving 1 star just because i cant do lower.

Joel you’re store has 2.2 stars on Google. You are a great reflection of a 2.2 star AGM, for somebody who insinuates the customer is a liar and then back pedals when you get called out on it, is a perfect example of why you guys have 2.2 stars. I heard your GM is strict, but at the end of the day, what are the standards at McDonald’s?

Worst McDonald’s on earth.
I wanted over 45min at the counter after trying to get the people’s attention. The self order kiosk didn’t give me a receipt for a to-go order. I needed to know my order number. After 35 min wait I found out they were out of bbq sauce, sweet and sour sauce and the kiosk didn’t tell us they were out. I was ignored for a worker to give 2 of his friends free food. There were 2 people inside waiting for food and the one family told me they had been waiting 50min.
Absolutely will be calling corporate to explain that they give their friends free food over dealing with paying customers waiting.
They gave the free food to the friends in less then 4 minutes.

My first visit. McDonald’s of the future I think. No one works the front counter. No drink station. Kiosks, but you must pick up your own food unless you order on the app, if they have an employee available. Very small dining area. Food portions very small too, not fast, not hot, not friendly.

This is a horrible location to order from. I’ve continuously had horrible service here. Every time I order here the food is NEVER correct. The last time I ordered I had to go in and actually show them how rude they were to serve me what they did. Then I come around opening and drive thru said they don’t have any biscuits or mcgriddles because they didn’t prep. Absolute BS considering there’s 4 worker vehicles and no customers. I went and drove over to old St Augustine who gave way better service.

We sat in the drive through for 7 minutes before making it to the order speaker. Then another 7 at the pay window. 2 cars ahead of me ordered 100 dollars of food, and sat at that window instead of pulling off while thier order was being put together. I could have pulled out of line, I could have gone inside. The should have had the large order placer pull out of line and gotten us through. The manager wouldn’t even just give us our drink and 10 pc nuggets at the pay window as it went against rules?

The older lady who works the drive thru and takes the orders in the morning needs a severe attitude adjustment. I have Worked in customer service and food service and I understand it can be a grueling job at times, however literally every single time I have come to this location. This same woman has been extremely rude. She took my order this morning, and then abrubtly went to take someone else’s order in the line next to me and after that, she comes back to take my order and I told her, I just gave her my order, I was just waiting for her to tell me to pull up and she said in a snappy voice, no I didn’t you talked to a computer, which obviously was not true, but okay fine, whatever, honestly i would not even be bothered if it wasnt fpr the fact she is just mean and rude every single time! There was also a time my order was completely wrong, I believe, I got somebody else’s order and so I brought it back in very politely and said, I’m so sorry, I think I got someone else’s Order she made a really loud weird noise At me and said, oh great In a very sarcastic tone , before taking the wrong order to give me the correct one. And I am really not one to complain about service workers at all, but it’s literally every time I go to this location, because I only go to get breakfast sometimes. And this woman is just so unbelievably rude and hostile. It just seems like she would be happier at a job where she does not have to work around people or something. I don’t know.

Extremely rude elderly lady taking orders at the window, she mumbled into the mic something about apple juice, when we asked her what she said as we couldn’t understand her, she screamed at us “I told you we don’t have orange juice”.
Secondly, this location IS NOT OFF 95. It should be removed from the signage for the exit. Absolutely loved driving 3 miles to get yelled at by a woman with a rotten attitude.

The old grouchy woman working the drive-through at 6 o’clock this morning 11/4 needs some serious customer service training and should consider waiting until her microphone is turned off before saying insulting things about customers. I’m sorry you were so inconvenienced because it took me an extra three seconds to decide if I wanted an iced or hot coffee this morning. Her attitude sucks.

I have given this McDonald’s serval chances to up their game, and marked off a few bad days. Unfortunately, that today is a complete failure of McDonald’s Standards. They served my #7 as the photo shows, and no paper pocket for the hash brown. I have never seen this absolutely terrible performance before.
