I’m a regular and only review when I place is extremely good or extremely horrible. This location has been fine my whole life up until recently. The most incompetent staff. My tipping point was fighting me over a mobile order I had placed where I used reward points to get ice cream and a drink. That’s it. This caused so much commotion, they argued with ME about my order that I paid for. They had my name in the system. Fought me rudely for ten minutes when I was showing them proof of purchase on my phone. All they had to do was give me an ice cream cone and drink but even that had to be a whole ordeal. Also expect to pull up and wait in a parking spot and be forgotten about. This location is a disaster and actually did me a favor cause forget eating at any location ever this company blows

Super quick service and my food was hot/fresh. I honestly didn’t expect to get through the drive-thru so quickly but it was a great experience.

After spending 20 minutes in the pick up spot and nobody showed up, then another 20 minutes in the drive through, y’all really gonna give me a Big Mac with no Mac sauce?? The girl working the drive thru was nice but overall an incompetent team. This is ridiculous. Waste of my time.

Just left and I know the drive thru line was super long. The person that took my order got it correct. I repeated it to the person that was giving me the food. It’s clearly written on the receipt. But we still didn’t get our plain double cheeseburger….. again I get it was busy, but I’d rather the burgers/nuggets make it in and we’re short a fry. Disappointed

I hated this place I asked for fresh hot fries no salt because of my health issues. On top of that they took old fries that has already been cooked and been sitting under the hot light so they are old and dry looking to were my dog wouldnt even eat them I have been calling now for about thirty minutes amd it will ring for 4 minute and then they pick up and hang up. All the customer service in there is is very rude then when they handle you food they throw the bag at u amd when I ask for condiments they threw them at me. They didnt even bother to put them in the bag. Here is the picture of the old precooked fries that was suppose to have no salt and then a mcdouble with I dont know what thay stuff is because I was charged extra for mac sauce and did not receive it

Chance to drive into one of their locations today. Encounter with friendly staff and got what I want but trash was scattered everywhere, some of the dining tables were nasty so I decided to take them out. They need attention; they do for sure.

If I have to start using a mobile app to come here I’m going to find somewhere better to go. Again every time I go to the drive-thru cuz someone in my car is always wanting to go cuz I work with a bunch of construction workers and they always ask me if I’m using the mobile app and every time it’s a big fat no. Wouldn’t that tell you something. Don’t you think it’s getting on your customer’s nerves? Not to mention the fact that when someone did investigate looking at downloading the mobile app just to shut me up, they found that it was all kinds of perfect personal identification information when you actually accept the app. No sir no sir no sir. This is ridiculous stop asking if we want to use a mobile app because we’re not going to use it. Because if we do we’re going to go somewhere better than McDonald’s. And some other place it doesn’t share our information.
