I am truly astounded that this Popeyes store is consistently bad. Never have I frequented an establishment that seems to strive to get SOMETHING wrong. I’ve given this store chance after chance, but I’m done giving chances. Today, we ordered a 10-piece classic (mild) chicken and two pies. Simple, right? Not so fast. There were pieces of spicy chicken in the box. We can’t have spicy food…crazy. So, instead, I looked forward to enjoying my apple pie. I noticed it wasn’t warm; I didn’t anticipate it being partially raw. I’ve filed several complaints with the corporate office, with no resolution. Time to contact the Better Business Bureau.

I waited 10 minutes in a parking spot. They got my order wrong. Gave me cold cheese curds and no chicken with my meal. The chicken was hard and the breading was stales and soggy. The crew was yelling at each other. The only crew member who seemed to care was a young man at the window.. who was super polite

First of all, I was stuck in the drive through with no way to get out.Because of the curbs had to wait fifteen minutes for my order.And she took my order again at the window. Then, she gave me my bag.I went all the way home opened it up.And it was the hot white meat chicken with beans and rice. Every time we come here it’s a problem. The young lady at the window said what you order? Oh it’s not ready yet you can either park and we bring it to you or you can come inside. As you can see she had this blue car backed up so it doesn’t affect drive through times. He’s been sitting like that for 10 minutes. Not to mention there are three more cars parked waiting as well. We have been here for over 50 min waiting on food. I will be calling corporate this establishment is ran ridiculously.

Today was a good visit. The crew was professional and customer focused. One person came to the counter right way to complete my order and was customer cordial. Even more so, after reaching home, the spicy chicken breast was actually moist, not dry at all and enjoyable. A plain piece was not dry, but it had little to no flavor with a greasy, not oily, but a grease after taste. Grab a jalapeño, hot sauce, ketchup or something for the plain chicken. The team was professional. As far as the chicken, I will just stick to the spicy variation in the future.

But I placed an online order and arrived at the shop 20 minutes later. The food wasn’t ready. I had to wait for them to take the chicken from cooked stock and bag it in front of me. 20 minutes and food ain’t ready? That’s a personelle issue.
Given how many other recent people have 1 star’d this specific shop tells me the management in charge doesn’t care. And they won’t care about my review either. Even a response from management here on Google reviews won’t change anything.

I ordered from Popeyes on 19 mile road bone in ghost pepper chicken I got 5 drumsticks and 1 flat no silverware no napkin this was also a door dash order and all the manager can say is u can come in later for a dessert

Terrible! Just waited 45 minutes to get two meals! We got 5 piece blackened tender meals. One was missing the biscuit and both sets of fries were less than half full and pretty much cold. 45 minutes, $30, and then crappy food/service! Tried to call to speak to the manger and phones just hang up. This place need an overhaul, fresh staff and extensive training. What a waste of my time and money on this FAST food. It’s not that hard folks! Get your act together!

Never going to the location again. For starters they gave me the wrong food and I paid $24.56. What I really was supposed to get was a 2pc dark meat combo and I was supposed to get a 3pc tender combo. I really would like a refund for this because I can’t eat spicy food and my boyfriend ate it and he said that the food tasted like it has been sitting out all day. I tried to call up there to tell someone but I couldn’t even call because they either have the phone unplugged or turned off.

This store has the worst employees! The attitudes are out of control. We ordered on uber, get to the store when it says the order is ready and spent almost 30 mins waiting. They couldnt explain themselves or offer solutions and some young man in the back had an attitude problem when my husband was just asking the cashier about what opitions he had. Then to top the experience off the manager says “hEre go yo food” when we finally get the order. How embarrassing for the owner of this establishment. We wont be coming back for soggy, greasy filled chicken and mr. Sassys attitude problem.
