Very Dirty, considered as Christmas.. nobody spoke English, not even seasons greedy Merry Christmas tables with very sticky and dirty bathrooms were very dirty as well with flies all over the place.. I order it through the mobile app EVERY morning. To go to the front counter. Today, while picking up my order, it wasn’t there, it was ordered at 6:11. At 6:45 I still didn’t have my order. I finally asked for my order. I was met with hostility and anger by the manager Tory. They didn’t have my order. She said that they only had three people working. While I watched employees standing around eating and laughing..They were too busy to help even somebody at the front counter. Place an order for coffee. One of the cooks had to come up and help him place an order even. Even after showing her that I actually had an order. She wanted to argue with me about having an order instead. I had to ask her more than five times can I please just have my order so I wouldn’t be late for work. Instead, she wanted to argue with me still. This is the worst service and the worst manager I have ever seen from an establishment that is supposed to be based on customer service.

It’s the worst, dirty and disorganized with 30 poorly trained staff members messing up your order. Burnt food and cold coffee and when I asked them to heat my coffee, Grace says, they have to brew new coffee due to health concerns. All this after a 20 minute wait. I had to leave my coffee. Why don’t you have fresh hot coffee at 9:30 in the morning?

Ordered a lemonade with my meal this is what I was handed I asked if this was lemonade the lady at the window said yes this is just water with stuff floating at the bottom. I wouldn’t have been angry if they had told me they were out but to shamelessly sell this is disappointing.

Having lunch with my 2 year old today. We decided to eat inside so she could play at the playground.
This thing doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since they put it in. I walked inside it to grab my child and it was so sticky I almost threw up don’t recommend bringing your kids if you don’t want them sick.
(There wasn’t even any sanitizer/wipes anywhere)
I’m sure we’re gonna deal a nice cold in a few days.
The food was good, fresh, and timely. But the whole restaurant could use a serious deep clean. We won’t be coming back for a while that’s for sure.

LarderRoom…My daughter goes to Southern State in Hillsboro, OH, and she frequently asks for fast food after I pick her up from class. This remodeled McDonald’s has double drive-thru and pick-up windows. The line moves quickly, and the food is served hot. Plus, she loves the nuggs!!!

Waited 17 minutes to get my order, maybe not so fast. How to make crispy because we got fries and had a buy one get one probably the best food I ever had from McDonald’s and my receipt says another buy one get one I’ll go back from another MC crispy* 2.
