Taco Bell, you can, and should, do better! This is the worst store I’ve visited in my years of eating fast food. I’ve never seen employees move slower. I waited for at least 10 minutes at the counter before someone approached and then they made me feel like I was interrupting their bad day at work. It took 25 minutes to get my food and it was mediocre at best. I could possibly understand if they were busy, but I was only the second person there. Everything was dirty, the countertops, the floor, the glass. If there was a manager on duty they should be let go immediately. The proof is in the pictures so here you go. Do better TB or you may see yourselves go under, especially with Chick-Fil-A across the street.

Kenisha is awesome! This store was slammed and she handled everyone with grace – even offering free drinks!
We waited for quite a while for our food. When we let her know that items were missing, others incorrect, she told me she would make it herself for accuracy.

This is the longest I’ve ever waited at a taco bell drive thru.
Normally i can get 1 value menu item within 3 or 4 minutes of ordering it. I have been waiting about 10 minutes thus far. Not sure if they are short staffed, but there’s clearly a way to combat the slowness of a fast food place. I see it happen at many other locations

Chalupa was dry and hard as a rock. I ordered it woth no sour cream. It had sour cream. I ordered chips and cheese. I got the cheese but no chips. Party pack did not have correct tacos mis-matched with a combo. Drive thru was super backed up. I understand to a certain extent. I worked for taco bell at one point. But this visit was trash. My last visit was missing a few items as well. But the food was better last time.

Food was made very fresh and portioned correctly inside each item. Unfortunately the lad taking orders mumbled so it was very hard to understand. *Do not listen to Google Maps, always turn down Drake when coming from the east to get into their drive through.

You’ll be lucky if the staff stop talking on the phone and actually serve you, but that’s unlikely to happen. You’ll probably have to wait 10 minutes before anyone even speaks to you, even though there are only two customers in the restaurant – myself and one other person – and we’re still waiting.

I went in tonight at 9pm. There were people inside receiving orders, so I went in and started to order at the kiosk. The manager yelled that the dining room and drive-through were closed. The door said 3am, so I asked why they were closing. No response. A worker finally told me they needed a break. There were a maximum 7 people inside and 3 cars in the drive-through. Minimum of 4 or 5 workers and one outside smoking. I’m pretty sure the manager isn’t just supposed to close down in the middle of a Saturday night in a college town because you want a break. Unbelievable. I took an uber there because I’m from out of town also

This place is terrible for doordashing and getting food. They act unprofessional and weird after a certain time basically like 2:30ish am until I guess their end time. If ur a DoorDasher it’s a struggle even if u DoorDash and pick up ur own food! Ion know why this location can’t contact DoorDash and say basically cut us off or end our services on the app! They make they ur own hours I guess. It’s says until 4am but closes at 3am. With DoorDash online y’all !!!! If ur a customer or buyer it’s all bad for you! If it’s bad just hire more workers to work at this location or something. Then on top of that they don’t explain anything to ppl walking up or drive thru. They look at u like ur not there! This place is horrible and besides it smell terrible sometimes. I was highly pissed off and if u think I’m lying ima add a photo too to validate what I’m saying.

I have been here three times this month, EVERY single time my order has been wrong, forgotten, and one time literally hit into an ingredient I was allergic too and already asked to be taken off. For prices being jumped up this is not worth the money at all.
