I love the jr. Bacon cheeseburger with the hot sauce packet they use for chili n ketchup for my fries. I ordered the $8 combo n was charged about $13. I questioned it. I was charged 50 cents each for ketchup n hot sauce packets. I would understand if it was for dipping sauce. Also the manager tried to make me feel bad for canceling my order.

I went through the drive through and ordered the takis fuego fry’s and I paid and got them there was no seasoning on them. So I went inside and asked about it and they told me the drive through employee did not tell you that we are out of the seasoning. They would not give me a refund.Your employees should be letting customers know when they are out of something

I have to say, the Chicken Apple Pecan salad at Wendy’s is one of the best fast food items around. Not as healthy as one might think given all the sugar in the dressing, apples, cranberry and honey roasted nuts, but it sure N is tasty- and likely still better for you than other menu items.

Good customer service, however I can’t stand the new drive through technology! I hate feeling like “Siri” or “Google” is taking my order. Why can’t we keep people helping and taking orders? It’s not just this Wendy’s, but I can’t stand this and hope it can go back.

The fact that you’re using artificial intelligence to take orders is absolutely pathetic. I still have to pull up to the window, where the gentleman repeats my order back to me as if he’s taking it all over again. So instead of saving time, I’m wasting more by doing it twice. Absolutely unacceptable. Do better.

I went here at like 12:20am and was expecting the food to taste horrible. I was just hungry and didn’t care. But I was so happy to find out that it is the best Wendy’s I have had in years. Had a really long day and this made it so worth it. Seriously thank you to the staff. My only negative is the automated ordering system.

My chicken sandwich was so cold the cheese didn’t even melt. The fries were salty. My whole meal I paid for was not good at all. The only thing I enjoyed was my drink.

Horrible customer service experience. Finally received help with my order sat down to eat only to find restaurant had about 20 flys in dining area. Please someone hire up than management help this restaurant.
