Found this place on our way to Las Vegas and glad that we did. The service was friendly and the food was good. The place is set up like a 50s diner and had a good amount of people despite being right next to a Dennys restaurant. The ambiance is nice and they good music to for in with it. My husband ordered the special of the day that was a plate of ribs with a soul our salad, fries and cheese toast. They were fall off the bone tender but had a little too much sauce for my liking although my husband cleaned his plate. I ordered the lemon chicken that came with mashed potatoes and green beans and the kids shared an omelet. The star of the show for me was the split pea soup that started my meal. The rest of the food was not bad and we all enjoyed it. We finished with a huge banana split that was plenty for the 4 of us. As we frequent driving to Vegas, I would definitely stop here again. Thank you, Richie’s!

Tried this diner for the first time, and I could say that I will be going back. Music playing was oldies which made it a great atmosphere. It was a Sunday and wasn’t as busy. Pro: they have daily specials, can be affordable. Cons: Did not get refils on our drinks, they don’t have Tabasco.

First time coming here with family and I was impressed by how the look and feel of the diner is.
The server we had, he was amazing and very understanding and accommodating. He made friends with our youngest nephew and was a blast to be around.
The food was all very delicious. We had some hiccups here and there where my steak was overcooked (ordered medium rare but turned out medium well), and one of our pancakes wasn’t thoroughly cooked all the way in the middle. I didn’t mind the steak, but the pancake was replaced with a new one.
Overall, I’d definitely come back here and try their specials at the right time. We came after 11, so some of their breakfast items was over.

First time dining here. The diner decor is cool and very clean. Service is very good. Only wish servers would wear name tags or introduce themselves. Fried zucchini wasn’t on the app list, but they were happy to oblige us. Huge pieces fried with a crisp golden batter. Salad starter could’ve been better. We both had fish n chips and the “chips” weren’t crispy. I don’t think the fish was battered fresh, so it was a little greasy. We will come back and try other items and hope we’re not disappointed.

This diner has been a reliable stop for me for years, conveniently located between San Diego and Vegas. The service is consistently quick and friendly, and the food always hits the spot. I’ll be the first to admit I was not a fan. Moved out here in 2013 and didn’t have a good experience on my first visit. However, Richard the new owner has made a lot of positive changes. I’m happy to say that the place has changed for the better. I do not eat meat anymore so going into a diner that will accommodate and help me enjoy my dining experience without making me feel uncomfortable is pleasant. The hostess & waitresses are always attentive. I have had to go orders and dine in. Both are delicious. Food is fresh and doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting all day. Management team are not the type that sit in the office. They help the cooks, servers and walk the restaurant frequently to make sure guest are welcomed and pleased with their experience. Richie’s has something for everyone.

This place was ok to eat but wasn’t fully satisfied with it cause I ordered the burger with onion rings and root beer float .. first the burger was good and the onions rings weren’t good at all cause it shows that they weren’t cooked all the way and the root beer float was ok not to bad..
