We have eaten at several Noodles & Company. At one of our last outings the food had plastic in it. At this location only one of nine males was actually steaming hot. The rest were all lukewarm to cold. Even the chicken that had excellent flavor was cool.
The food set up on the counter and we actually went and asked if they would give us our food because one bowl was already cold and three bowls sat on the counter anout 10 minutes. The next bowls were the same since they had been up there a while. Only the last one up had steam and was hot. There is no heating element above the holding area. . Overall, go somewhere else.

i usually went to oak creek for noodles since it’s close, however the staff at oak creek are SO rude
and orders were never right. I decided to take the drive to this location and it was worth it. So clean, nice staff, fresh food. This place literally Mogs oak creek. I will be taking the extra drive to come here no matter what.

very expensive for lack of quality. Japanese Pan Noodle: paid extra for chicken protein, received none.
Spicy Korean Noodle: received 3 small pieces of steak.
Delivery came faster than expected but food was lukewarm when received.
The receipt showed everything was “checked” but the order was not complete. I’ve given this location many chances and cannot any further because of similar issues. I know the food can be delicious but this location is very disappointing.

Noodles and Company is a great place for a quick bite to eat at a decent price. They have a variety of dishes perfect for your taste!
My favorite is the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese and the new creamier recipe makes it better than ever! Paired with a fresh baguette and fountain drink dispenser with over 20 options it makes a great meal.
I use the app and get reward points – I highly suggest you do the same. I order ahead and my meal is always set to go when it is time. The employees are always friendly and cheerful. The establishment is clean. Highly recommend.

Ordered the steak stroganoff. It was DRY, and very little steak. I also ordered two of the broccoli lemon parmesan sides, no lemon.

I’ve been to this location a few times and the experience has been well until my recent trip. It’s been a while but the quality seemed off.
The Mac and cheese was watery (soupy) and lacked flavor. When I told them so, they proceeded to say the cheese sauce was just hot and gave me more sauce. It didn’t help nor did it taste better. It was quite disappointing.

I always get shrimp pad Thai. This time I got the grilled chicken Pad Thai and it was perfect. Pot stickers always a big hit in my house.
