Me and my girlfriend come to Crema Gourmet all the time for breakfast, and we always have an amazing experience — especially thanks to Gia. Her customer service is outstanding. She’s friendly, attentive, and always greets us with genuine energy that makes the morning feel better.
Gia remembers our order, checks in without being intrusive, and treats everyone with the same level of care. You can tell she loves what she does and truly values the guests. In a city full of breakfast spots, it’s the people that make you come back — and Gia is the reason we keep choosing Crema Gourmet.

Crema Gourmet is a lovely upbeat Cafe in North Miami. The atmosphere is inviting. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The coffees food are really delicious. There are outlets available to charge phones and devices. Crema is a nice place to meet friends and chat comfortably for as long as you’d like.

I had been looking for a good cup of coffee. I came here on a cute little random date with my grandma and this place exceeded my expectations. The food 10/10. The coffee is the best I had in months and the atmosphere is just the icing on the cake. If I lived here this would be my go to spot!

the food is great and so is there coffee. The service was great as well. Only down side is the wait is very long. We had 6 order of breakfast and we placed an order online. We waited about 1 hour for the food in total. Just as an FYI but other then that place is great to go visit

Tried Crema Gourmet and loved it. The coffee was so good—smooth and flavorful, not bitter at all. I also grabbed a breakfast sandwich and it was delicious, super fresh, and really hit the spot. Perfect place for a great coffee and an easy, tasty breakfast. Definitely coming back.

I was in this shopping plaza and decided to eat at Crema with my wife. The atmosphere is beautiful and clean! The food menu was bountiful and looked great.
I ordered a salmon omelette an orange juice and an iced cappuccino. My wife asked what kind of lettuce they use, and they weren’t sure what lettuce was (language barrier), then they figured out what lettuce was and then had no clue as to what kind. The leafy long kind is what they said. (((WOW))). Turns out I was speaking to the manager.
My wife ordered a tuna salad sandwich on white baguette with a iced chocolate drink.
My food came out with 3 pieces of hard thick bread, and my omelette had butter in it, which I tasted mostly throughout my omelette (which wasn’t so good). My wife’s tuna salad sandwich was toasted, in which makes the tuna warm, and she doesn’t like warm or hot tuna. They should have asked “would you like it toasted or not?”
I was more than 1/2 way through my breakfast when I noticed our drinks never came out. I went back inside and was told to give me a moment. 5-7 minutes later , he came out with 2 of 3 drinks.
I prefer to drink with my meal, but in this case they didn’t remember my drinks or they just didn’t care. It wasn’t busy when I walked in so I am not sure where the breakdown was.
The worst part of everything is that I was charged $7.42 as a service charge – that is a BS charge! All the manager did was take my order, and not even know what lettuce was. I should tip $7.42?? I don’t think so! This is not South Beach! So after complaining about the unprecedented tip, they took it off, but another person who doesn’t even work there came outside to tell me they were refunding the tip. I was in the tipping industry so I love to tip, but NOT for no reason.
The manager came back out, and after a while she decided to comp the entire meal.Before she did just that, she asked me and I told her I wanted to pay for my food, as I never asked for free food. Apparently, she just comped it — Thank you I said, and will probably not go back to that Crema, but I will try another one.
***Lose the service charge*** It’s a ripoff and a turnoff, especially since your sign to explain that is quite small.

Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar is such a lovely place! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and perfect whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or sitting down to relax. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service always feels personal. A special shout-out to Gia — she is wonderfully attentive and makes every visit enjoyable.
