Downloaded app, placed order, 10 minutes to get there, 1 mi away. Food was old, cold and over cooked. Drive-thru personnel courteous. The food is horrible. Coleslaw tasted like a mouth full of sugar and pickles. Chicken breast cut in half with rib bone pieces you have to pick out fried into the crust. was overcooked. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. When it says chicken breast it doesn’t say chicken breast cut in half. be careful you don’t choke on some of the rib bones we rolled into the crusts.

Once again, another slow Popeyes, plus this time they are serving rare chicken sandwiches. They did make it right, but serving raw chicken in the first place is dangerous. Ownership doesn’t seem to care as almost all locations in our area are very sub-par. Seems like they also forgot to season their batter today. Do better. You used to be the best chicken option around.

My drive through order was wrong! I was forced to wait for the shrimp to “finish” cooking. I waited in the summer sun while they took the time clear off the drive through line. That was about ten minutes and not the three minutes promised. I had to go inside to my order! When I got home, I found an almost completely wrong order and NO receipt. I tried calling, but they weren’t answering the phone. I was forced to return. What saw inside was 2 kiosks, they didn’t even bother greeting their customers to tell them that they HAVE to use those stupid things. After wait several minutes with other customers who were expecting to be greeted and have their orders taken, I finally flagged down the manager who kept telling me that I was wrong be 2 items in the order was correct and they were only obligated to replace those items! I then demanded my money back. She then asked for the receipt that she didn’t give me. I forced her to look it up with the card I used! I did get my money back but only after the manager pointed out that they did put in 2 items that were correct only by chance! The old adage that the customer is always right doesn’t apply at Popeye’s. Most companies would give you a little more than what you spent to keep you returning, but here at Popeye’s they don’t even care to greet you as you come in the door! I will never return to that restaurant!

We were so happy to see the the popeyes on walnut was reopening (its way better than the one on pleasant grove) but the accuracy of getting what we ordered is getting really bad. Now I don’t know if it is the kids pulling the orders and just not paying attention to the ticket or the order taker not entering it properly but 2 out of the last 3 times we have picked up food to go when we got home we had regular chicken instead of the spicy that we ordered. We would have gladly waited the few minutes if they had needed to make up more. Abd the first time it happened we just thought that they messed up but it now feels like either they don’t care or are just sloppy

Went to popeyes on west walnut in Rogers Arkansas tonight this is what happened. I went to popeyes tonight for dinner for the family and I had a coupon for a 14 piece family meal with 2 LG sides and 7 biscuits. This meal is supposed to feed 7 people. Needless to say we got to the speaker to order at drive thru and we placed our order. We were asked what 2 LG sides we would like and we informed them that we wanted both sides to be mashed potatoes and gravy and that we wanted the gravy on the side. We get to the window and before we leave we check the order to ensure that it is correct. We look at the little bit of gravy that they gave us for 7 people and asked them if we could get more gravy because that was not enough gravy for 7 people. The manager proceeds to tell us (not in very good english) that you only get 3 scoops of gravy for a LG mashed potatoes. I then informed her that we got 2 LG mashed potatoes and gravy. She then took back the gravy that was actually in a small side bowl but was not full and tried to replace it with 2 clear condiment cup that you put the sauces in and I proceeded to tell the manager to give me the bowl back and I would just leave a bad review. I then left popeyes and proceeded to KFC to get 2 LG mashed potatoes and gravy from them. So now I have 2 orders of LG mashed potatoes and gravy from both places for comparison and I will definitely be going back to KFC since I can get more gravy with my mashed potatoes with them. Remind you they only gave us enough gravy for 1 person and that was it and then the manager of popeyes told me if I wanted more than that I would have to pay for more and I told her that I should have gotten enough to atleast feed 7 people because that was the meal that I ordered. I am definitely done with popeyes so look out KFC here we come. Putting photos for proof and comparison. It’s pretty sad when you can’t get what you pay for anymore. I paid for gravy for 7 people and didn’t get that. Want to give a big shout out to the manager at KFC on South walton blvd tonight you’re awesome. Photos in the comments. #PopeyesSUCKS #KFCRULES

They will absolutely not give you sauce, please check your bags in the drive-thru or at pickup. They also don’t seem to give butter, honey, ketchup or hot sauce (by default) anymore? Idk maybe it’s intentional skimping to save money, but if you order sauce, make sure you get it. I come here once every couple of months and get the family meal and have never once received sauce without having to re-ask for it

Every single time we come here we end up having to pull forward at the drive through and wait 20-25 minutes for our order. And it’s every. single. time. All we ever order are four meals. What’s supposed to be fast food turns into a 45 minute trip. Food quality isnt horrible but the wait time kills how good our meal is. And when we get our drinks they have barely any ice because of how long we waited for our meals.

Hire people who can count to ten!!! Ordered a 10 piece chicken. Got home and only got 8 pieces!
Edit … Tried it one more time . Got a mix ten piece. 5 pieces was these tiny thighs that looked like a regular thigh cut into 4 pieces.
Edit…. I am a sucker. I tried again. 9 pieces of chicken and only one breasts. There should be 2 at least.

We came about a week ago on a Friday at 3 pm. We ordered on the kiosk inside. We waited 15 mins before going up and asking about our food. This resulted in a lot of yelling and arguing in the kitchen. They at least gave us our cups for our drinks at that point. Then it was 10 more mins til we got our food. The grilled chicken was fresh and warm but the fried was cold, but we were not about to deal with asking for more food. I want to repeat that there was so much yelling and arguing in the kitchen. It was very awkward and we thought about asking for a refund and leaving without our food. Needs better management. I feel bad for the employees.
