First time back in over a year, the food was very disappointing. We got the bourbon street steaks and bourbon street steak and shrimp, won ton tacos, cheese sticks and wings and spinach dip to share. It was a disaster. The steak and potatoes were nothing like the picture. While we were discussing this, the people at the next table were as well. We were all suprised at how deceiving the picture was. But worse the mozzarella sticks were hard as rocks, the wings tough and chewy, the dip burnt. The only decent thing was our won ton tacos and our server, who was great! Manager was apparently sitting nearby listening to both tables chat about our disappointment. He offered more onions under our straks or cheese sticks. Three of the sides weren’t edible already and were left on the table. I convinced my family to go here and am sorry for it. Blan flavors, small portions, and food not cooked right, seems retraining needs to happen here. But when 6 people are complaining about the same main dish a comp should have happened. Anyhow, not great unfortunately. (See pictures of food vs menu pics)

The atmosphere was great, and our margaritas with the blue curacao were delicious. My server did make a couple mistakes taking the order, so I did have to get my burger remade. The second time it was perfect! The manager came through and got us sorted without it being a big deal. Would’ve been 5 stars otherwise, but I have to be fair. Still, great work from the staff

Came here as a last dinner for a friend that came to visit while I had my twins. The server was sweet to begin with. She came out with my 4 year old sons pizza and told me not to grab the plate because it was hot. I responded to her that she will not be giving it to him then. I tried to explain as to how is she refusing me to touch a hot plate but still willing to give it to my toddler? Make that make sense. My son always gets the same thing toneat and this time the strawberry slices were very slim. Like paper thin. Are they on a budget? Here is also a video of my friends club sandwich with an extreme amount of grease. She didn’t eat it. We’ll scrounge for something else when we get home. I didn’t like the Cajun chicken and sausage pasta. Overall im not pleased with this visit. Server has not come to check on us and we’ve been waiting a long time for our check. No mini computer tablet at our table to pay.

Really disappointing.waited for 30 minutes. Paid over 50 dollars for low quality food. The food is greasy and serving sizes are smaller than a TV dinner. I was shocked at how small and terrible the food quality was. I would never eat at this place again. The value isn’t there. The food quality is so low. You could easily find a munch better deal almost anywhere else.

We sat down for ten minutes before even receiving our drinks. Then it took almost an hour to get our food while tables that arrived 20-30 minutes after us got theirs. I left feeling sick because how terribly the food was cooked. The waitress was extremely inattentive and was never around when we needed something. The absolute worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

The fryer grease was old and clearly not changed in weeks from the dark brown stains left by every fried item on the white plates it was presented on. The server (Jenna) was alright, a couple of mess-ups but mostly not her fault, though her handling of most of these issues was poor, the issues being the wrong beer coming from the Modelo tap and the nasty dark brown grease. Her solution to the beer was to just take it back, no comp, no switch, apparently it’s a problem that’s been happening often she tells me. Would’ve been nice to know before I paid for it. Her solution for the three nasty appetizers we got was to comp and remove one of them. Fair enough because we were eating the other two because we’d been there so long at this point. I’m not really sure why we stayed after that, but we won’t returning, not after all that. I’d rather eat at my in-laws.

By far my worst dining experience in the greer area. Took over an hour to get our food and the waitress was horrible never really came around or did her job correctly i asked for medium steak it came well done my broccoli was cold and they brought my salad out 25 mins before our food. So i watched my salad go warm waiting for our food because i didnt want to eat without my lady having her food and thats why i left a 1.00 tip . I will never eat here again.

The establishment was old & dated. It is very filthy and unkept looking. Behind the bar is filthy & unorganized looking. Restrooms are old, worn & filthy.
The food portions were quite small. I ordered Steak & shrimp. Steak was quite small. I’ve never seen shrimp soo small. All of the 6-8 shrimps on my plate were smaller than a dime. Is it even legal for fishermen to harvest such young shrimp? The only saving grace for this establishment is that the employees are all nice. However, the employees themselves are partly responsible for the disgusting cleanliness of this restaurant

Had a great evening at this Applebee’s. The food was awesome and came out hot. Kenny is the manager and is really funny and personable. Loved listening to him. Keefer, our server, was the best !!! He was very attentive and kept checking on us. He had a great personality too. Highly recommend this location and will definitely be going back.
