I ordered a single patty mushroom Swiss burger with lettuce. What I received was essentially a plain meat and cheese burger. There were no mushrooms whatsoever. After taking photos, I pulled the sandwich apart to check, and there were absolutely none.
I understand this is a fast food restaurant and attention to detail isn’t going to be five star, but completely missing a main ingredient comes across as lazy. This also isn’t the first time this Culver’s location has served subpar orders, which makes it surprising that the location maintains a 4-star rating.

They wanted $12.50 each piece of walleye. $62.50 for 5 pieces of fish. The one on north Academy is $7.90 per piece. The meals were cheaper but they didn’t offer the meal price and not give us the sides. Around $40 for the 2 piece and 3 piece meals total. I will never give them another penny. Ripping off your customers is a sad thing.

Aren’t food places supposed to check the bag ? Isn’t that fast food training 101? Like not rocket science is it or am I missing something??Constantly having to call or go back . I stopped coming thinking they might change , nope same thing. And before you respond with your blanket response you tell everyone ( you clearly copy and paste it ) I already went to your website to tell guest relations . So maybe instead of directing everyone to do that , how about you take some accountability and realize you need some serious training here !!!!!

I took my mother and my kids here for dinner since we hadn’t been in a while. That was a huge mistake. As soon as we walk in there were two employees playing by the drive thru window one was even sitting in the floor. I looked at them and they continue to play. The lady then take your order and she was really sweet. My biggest complaint is Oliver food was cold or burgers were super soggy the toast on our bread for sandwiches wasn’t even toasted a little bit and even one sandwich was missing the top bun which we then found under the napkins and condiments. I spent $70 for dinner and will NEVER be going back and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. We were very disappointed no one iny family ate their food and I still had to go to the grocery store to pick up something to make for dinner when we got home.

Just got done with our family visit to culvert. Disappointed to say the least, mind you it was busy so we did the dine at the table ordering. The food took 42ish minutes from 554 order place to 636 receiving it. After 20 minutes waiting for food I tell the misses to order the ice cream now so we can time it better. We receive and finish our food and wait another 40 minutes for the ice cream order. Wife goes up and sees and ask what’s up, and overheard an employee go and say no way they waited 40 minutes. Obviously we have the receipts and paper trail. So much for it being fast food spending over a hr dining in was not on my schedule for this evening.

Great Service, Great Food, beautiful scenery!! Good location. Ordering was quick and easy even during Covid – the service is great!! The Culver’s Bacon Deluxe burger was great, the Signature Wisconsin Cheese Curds are amazing!! This was our first time here, and we will be back again!! Kudos to Manager Cody in Fountain Co. for great service on our order!! Thanks for the Re-make!

The prices here have gone up exponentially. 4 chicken strip basket is over 11 dollars. I got my mom the chicken strip basket with an up charge for a malt instead of a drink, a double burger for me and a plain single. This cost me 25 dollars. Her and I could have went to a restaurant for that and gotten mire food, then as I’m eating and I got towards the last few bites the burger was raw…so I didn’t even get to eat a full burger. I had brought the meal home so I wasn’t going back and probably will not return in the future. Too expensive for one and not cooked…looks like left overs for me.

Stopped by 12/30 around 2pm and the girls working the front were so patient, kind and friendly; great customer service. Dined in, and the restaurant was clean, same with the bathrooms. The food was great.

The cod and coleslaw were of superior quality, exceeding the standards of comparable restaurants in my vicinity; the coleslaw was particularly well-prepared. I offer my highest recommendation for this dining location.
