I’m sorry but what is this? I asked for a large cup of ice because I’m pregnant and love Sonic’s ice… also I came an hour before closing and they looked closed already? All the lights were off same with the drive through, once I went to the window to pay, they looked like they were putting things away and cleaning up. It took 15-20 minutes for them to make a cheeseburger and some fries… I will be getting my food and ice somewhere else , this sonic sucks!

I ordered the Salted Caramel Toffee croissant bites that were $1.99 for four. Well apparently each bite was one inch long! What in the world!! What a rip off. They were not that great in taste either.

Sonic has good fries & pretty good energy drinks! They don’t however, do anything special for birthday’s because today is my birthday & they said they don’t do anything for birthdays. They did say Happy Birthday though! Lol

This sonic received a half star just for all around being a bad experience! Anytime we try sonic at any location it’s a bad experience literally been a decade since I’ve had sonic just to have a reminder of why no one should eat here. Starting off the cashier taking the order had a straight terrible attitude from the start. Almost just drove off but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Bad choice ended up waiting 20 minutes for the order being the only customer in line. Then when we arrived at home there was a bread sandwich clip pressed into my family’s sandwich!!!!!! Literally the service is terrible, feeling, ambiance, safety, is all bad and the place needs shut down. My kids could have choked or the rest of my family!!!

Food is starting to taste toxic. Drink tastes like the machine or flavoring containers have not been cleaned in months. The fumes from the napkins are even toxic. I just need to stay away from “fast food”. And mind you customer service is not a thing anymore!

Came through drive through tonight 2/2/2026. I only ordered a coney dog. I gave the
Drive-through attendant $20 and she opened the window and gave me back like $.44 then she wasn’t giving me any of my dollars that I should’ve gotten back so I knocked on the window because like I said all I ordered was a corn dog thing should’ve been done by the time I got up to the window. There’s several people that were in front of me. It’s only a hot dog and so I asked her where the rest of my change was and she said my total was like 19 something I said no all I ordered was a Coney dog so I don’t know what games these people are playing can’t punch in things right on their computer but then she tells me that she lost my ticket how you losing my ticket it was just done. It’s just a corny dog. OK then she gave me $12 and some change for my change. She seemed a little irritated though. I think I just you know call her out on trying to pocket some money so you guys should really check out your employees that work here especially the ones handling money at the window. I just know that I will never eat here again $20 for a hot dog smoked

Had to ring my button twice over ten minutes to get service after seeing the drive thru get service over me. My 44 ounce drink had maybe 10 ounces of liquid in it and then alllllll ice ( see photo)

Sad to be writing this review because I used to the love the food! I’ve been going to this location for a couple years and there’s been quite a few times where I’ve gotten stale hard buns.. Also, the woman that always takes the order at the speaker, at night, is very rude. The woman at the window has always been kind though. I won’t be going to this location anymore.

Super super slow. Not busy around 2pm on Saturday. Took 20min to get a drink and club toaster. Not sure what it wrong with all the sonics in Washington. All bad.
Even the chicken was just warm not hot so it wasn’t made fresh.
