Not sure who the lady’s name was at the first window with fake lashes at this location around 2:40pm on Friday, December 19th, but she had a horrible attitude and demonstrated horrible customer service. As I pulled up to the speaker she had an attitude right off the bat. Told her I was picking up a mobile order and didn’t need the receipt. Every other time they’ve been like “okay you can come to the second window” but she straight up told me “well you still need to come to the first window.” With an attitude. I came to the first window, and she tried to hand me my receipt. Told her I didn’t need it and she said “well you still need it in case they mess up your order or something” like??? How many times does this location mess up orders to have that kind of response?
I understand being tired but that doesn’t mean you should be mean to customers just because you’re ready to go home. Maybe she was having a bad day. I don’t know. But she don’t need to be working up front if she frequently has bad days. I guess McDonald’s just hires anybody nowadays lol

If there were zero stars I would have selected that option. Whoever is reading this. If you want to ever make money. Fire everyone in your staff and hire motivated people. I have never waited so long for some frozen chicken nuggets.
I would have bought a farm, raised the chicken, killed the chicken, and fried the chicken before I got my nuggets. Don’t waste your time coming here. Unless you want to wait in line for 1 hour to get your food.

All I tried to do was get breakfast. When I tried to pay with cash the person taking the money said she didn’t have change. The truth was she didn’t want to ask the manager to get more money. When the manager then gave her the money she aggressively put it in my hand. When I was handed my food I was also met with attitude. I didn’t feel comfortable. The person handing me my food tried to act nice but don’t let that act fool you.

Went thru the drive thru this morning and placed my order . The young man that took the money was very friendly. When I get to the windows to pick up my order ,the young lady was extremely rude and never spoke a word ,just shoved the bag out the windows with no napkins . Whatever happened to customer service

I’m so very disgusted with this location. Very disorganized, filthy especially with all the staff in the kitchen area ( no hairnet, no gloves, absolutely very unhygienic. It took very long time for our order to come ( at the very least 30minutes ). We ordered 3 Big breakfast meal with pancakes with no syrup, No fork. Very frustrating, and definitely worst experienced ever in “ Mc Donald’s “ restaurant. It didn’t live up to to my expectations.
And also not no mention, so many customers inside, refunded their orders, some left and a lot Avery long line up in drive thru.
Very very very very poor hygiene in the kitchen
area , as we could see it from the counter.

This is one of the slowest restaurants. No matter what time of day it’s always bad. I’ve constantly have watched people leave bc the lack of help or the wait. Chick-fil-A down the street can go through 20 cars in the same time it takes them to do 2. It’s crazy.

Called to make sure I could order a hot chocolate as I’m still waiting on refunds from 2 orders due to it being available in the app but not in store. The woman that answered the phone yelled at me to stop playing on the phone and to get a life. There is no way to get a refund when they can’t fulfill your order so I want to make sure it’s available before I order as I did it online twice and then asked the next two times before I ordered with no issue. I called and asked for the manager and they didn’t care that an employee yelled at me and slammed the phone down. Go to the one 15 mins north by zaxbys they are far more considerate. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s, but I do expect to not be yelled at and the phone slammed down.

I went in the morning for breakfast everything was fresh the cashier even brought my food out to me with in t minutes of taking my order I thought my wait was going to be longer since the drive thru was packed a most fast food restaurants prioritize drive-thru over dine-in he put all the condiments on my tray and even took the time to have a quick chat with me it was a pleasant start to my morning

Came in literally just to get a large sweet tea, I paid and now I’ve been waiting on a CUP for over 5 minutes. Not even one person has made eye contact with the 15 people standing here in the lobby. After 8 minutes on waiting on a single cup I finally got someone’s attention and then I go to get some sweet tea and it’s sour like it’s been sitting there since this morning and it is almost 9:00 at night. If you have any allergy to penicillin whatsoever do not come to this McDonald’s and get sweet tea. You will end up in the hospital.
