Chick-fil-A at the mall in the 90s use to be a “must have” in the food court. They always had the long lines. The nuggets were amazing! Now, they are just “meh”. There is no real excitement behind them. The chicken texture is a bit off, the breading is not as crunchy, they are never hot… the nostalgia is just gone. But you know what still hits? The waffle fries! Hot, crispy, seasoned just right. So at a famous chicken place, the fries win.

I went at 12:10 pm. The person who took my order was in training. Not my business but why train someone at the busiest time of day. It took almost 10 minutes to get my order taken. When it was read back she left off the extra Pickles I’d asked for twice. When I got to the window, no one in front of me, they started taking orders to 5 or 6 cars behind me. Then I get home and I had 2 skinny Pickles on my sandwich. I will not be going back to Chic fil a again.

1st Chick fila I’ve ever been to that worried more about how many sauces we asked for than customer services. We went through the drive through and were refused the normal number of sauces, not given any forks, and only given 5 napkins for 7 orders. The drive through attendant argued with us when we asked for them.

Very clean. Great staff great food. I do think they enforce their staff to use the word “perfect” a little to much much. But you each their own. I just go for the food.

Workers were great! Only complaint tho is that the tables are super hard. I was sitting, then I sneezed and the force of the sneeze propelled me forward and I nailed my head on it, leaving me mildly concussed.

Man…. food is consistent and orders are correct. Kind people at drive thru and delivering under canopy. You know they have the best lemonade in town. It’s almost worth waiting in the line for…. although the service is speedy, I’m usually hungry by the time I order my lemonade so it all works out!
