We made a reservation for Valentine’s Day expecting a special evening, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, we waited over 30 minutes and were never seated.
The restaurant clearly accepted more reservations than they were able to handle. On such an important date, there was a lack of organization and respect for customers. Sadly, our special night was affected.
I hope the restaurant reviews its planning so this does not happen to other guests in the future.
