Always a great experience at this location. I’ve lived here for 3 years and they are consistently great. The wait is sometimes about 10 minutes from order until you get your food but it is worth it!

Disappointed. This place used to be good.
Maybe it was the timing but went today and the food was terrible. Katsu chicken had more breading than chicken…actually I couldn’t really taste/find the chicken. The beef was tough and burnt. The Cabbage was good.

This lemon pepper chicken is rough to chewy. very rubbery. Can’t eat it. Disappointed for the 20mins I waited for it. It should be soft, and edible. It looks great. It smells great. The rice and chicken salad are delicious. The veggies are fresh and good. But the chicken is not at all how chicken should be cooked. Not likely to return to this location. I’ve given it three chances.

Service was just not it, they literally made me wait for my pick up order. 30 minutes passed and my order was just sitting there on the side. They didn’t call out my order! I only got my order until I asked how much longer. I’m honestly disappointed with the service today, when I usually get good and fast service here.

Great ono location closer to my home. This location had a heavy takeout dinner service. We decided to eat in and had plenty of room. We will be back.

Stopped in for some grindz on a suggestion from my brother.
Staff at the register was very friendly and helpful, being my first time there I had questions about the combos and she was very patient and led me the right way.
Location is clean and spacious, plenty of room for small groups, soda fountain, good sauce and condiment bar.
Ended up ordering an Aloha combo with BBQ and Katsu chicken. Served with scoop of rice, Mac salad, and steamed cabbage/broccoli – that was definitely a nice addition ( to add some health value) to this already monster combo. Might even be able to share one of these. The Katsu Chicken was hearty and fried perfectly. The BBQ chicken was cooked very well, but was a little salty for my taste. Theac salad and veggies we’re on point. Also sampled beef which was pretty good as well.
They also have Hawaiian Sun canned juices!

If you want all the bells and whistles definitely come here because you will quite literally get that from the cook who clearly didn’t appreciate his job and was obnoxiously yawning and whistling. Although his whistle was very annoying I can tell he just didn’t like his job and was goofing around to be obnoxious and see what reactions he can gain from customers. I tried to ignore it but literally could not when the whistling was louder than the music, and my conversation. Great food but very annoying cook. It’s annoying because this was supposed to be a nice meal but couldn’t even hear my thoughts over the cook. Aside from noise the tables were disgusting and sticky. I set my phone and my receipt on the table just for it to be stuck to a bunch of saucy substance. Terrible service but great food.

Food is burned by the time u get home and open the plates the food is burned and raw from the inside!!!!!!! Not good they should let it cook correctly this causes food poising by not cooking correctly and trying to burn the meat To make it look ready.
