My #8, bacon egg and cheese bagel is black. It is hard as a rock. You know the line cook saw this crap and still decided to use it.
There were to worried about their precious drive thru times to get orders right.

This mcdonalds is just like the others, however, the staff here is always so friendly. Today I had Rachel, who was so pleasant and kind. Usually you get people who you can tell hate their job, but she was just courteous and sweet and looked like she really enjoyed being there. Which is always nice. Excellent hire, McDonalds!

Not to be that guy but when they have the girl morning manager and the all girl staff they are rude and slow and mess most of the order up. 2 hot chocolates but we got large heated cups of milk, idk maybe it’s white chocolate, adding a photo cause it sounds so stupid that it sounds fake

We waited 30 minutes for our 2 Big Mac meals. And the restaurant only had 11 customers inside. And the drive thru was fairly slow only a couple cars. Service was awful and the restaurant was dirty! Tables needed to be cleaned off, the garbage cans were full of trash both inside and outside. The soft drink station was filthy dirty. We will never go back. So disappointing….this is why we typically go to McDonalds competition.

Keep in mind that these ratings apply to a McDonald’s so we’re talking fast food of the most vintage sort. The difference between a good and bad experience is in cleanliness, service, food temperature and food presentation. This store delivered on all 4. Maybe the low head count of customers made the difference between what I got and what they normally deliver but I can’t talk about what I didn’t experience. Keep up the good work. It’s a good experience for basic tasty food.

This is CONSISTENTLY the worst service I have ever gotten in a McDonald’s drive thru. I used to work at McDonald’s and I would’ve been fired for performance that is the norm at this particular store.

The managers are generally incompetent and sometimes downright belligerent and rude. Most of the drive-through employees are zombies who don’t understand the most basic elements of customer service and courtesy. They say (you know what) runs downhill, so if the managers are bad, what can be expected of the employees?

You can get through a line at the post office or the MVD faster than this McDonald’s drive-through.

Occasionally, you will find an employee who is both pleasant and professional, but they are the extreme exception, and they don’t seem to stay very long. Most likely they went to work at Chick-fil-A or In-N-Out where the employees are always exceptional.

Go to this McDonald’s only if you’re addicted to the food and don’t care if you’re treated like dirt.

Also, this McDonald’s posts a Customer Service email on their drive-through but they don’t respond.

In response to this post, I was given a website to go to to fill out so I could have them not respond as well.

with 3 other customers waiting – one of the black shirts is confirming whose is whose order… This location is painfully slow and disorganized. There is a reason they have so many “drive-through” waiting spots out front. Curbside pick up is no different. The app says 2-5 mins for pickup. Attaching receipts – note the time stamps! Ticket was printed at 11:27! It only got handed to me after the black shirt asked what I’m waiting on for 11:35! Food was fresh was because they still had to ask the kitchen to make it??

I went to this location after placing an online order, I’d didn’t show up until 20+ minutes after the order was placed, the drive through was packed and since I thought my order would be ready I went inside. They told me I had to go through the drive through, so I get in the drive through line and wait 10+ minutes until I get to the window only for them to tell me to pull up front and wait. It was over 40 minutes until I got my food. I also ordered a large mocha and they said the machine was down which is fine but they didn’t offer to refund my drink or anything, then they bring the order out and they didn’t bring my smoothie so I have to go back in and wait another 5 minutes for the manager to give me my smoothie just for her to hand it to me and turn her back immediately like I’m the problem. I never have bad experiences in fast food but this place is a joke I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone unless you want to hear “I don’t know I just work here”. Which I was told after asking about the mocha. I placed my order at 12:51 and didn’t receive my food until 1:35.

I don’t really write negative reviews. This place deserves some kind of disclosure though. First, don’t expect a fast experience. It took 40 minutes to get a mcvalue meal, chicken nuggets, and a mini mcflurry. And that was after we had to go to the counter and remind them of our order. Also, when we did get our order the dipping sauces were not in the bag. And the chicken sandwich that was in the bag was very dry. Not to mention that instead of bringing it to the table they just called out our order number with the incorrect name – even though the right name is on the bag. Also, they were out of ice in the drink machine, the ketchup dispenser was out, and the lobby was supposed to be open but 90% of the chairs were stacked. The only positive was that the mcnuggets were decent.

This has to be one of the most poorly run McDonald’s I’ve been to. Every time I have to wait 10-15 minutes for my order. Then to mention the attitude of people working. They make it feel as though customers are nothing but an inconvenience to their time. Guess I need to go elsewhere from now on.
