“Call Uber eats not us” … Is what changed a 5 star to a 2 star for service.
I just wanted to know if they filled my order and the u er eats driver picked it up.
“We don’t have your order”
But I literally paid $35 for a SMALL pizza including the tip so that was definitely not the answer I was looking for.
“Call uber eats they charged the card ..we didn’t charge the card and we have no order for you,”
Fortunately Uber eats DID pick up my order and why wouldn’t they know they clhave a pizza with my name to the Uber driver.
The driver explained why they got diverted by a different pickup changing the drop off route and delivery time… So yes my pizza was like warm after all that on bad roads.
I was initially so happy thrybwere not only open but I could do delivery which has changed to me being mad that I was disregarded trying to figure out what happened to a $35 small pizza that would have only been $15 plus tax had I ordered it online and picked it up myself ..
So I paid DOUBLE to have it delivered and I spoken to like I was not appreciated as a customer.
I will be 57 years old in less than a week and in my 20’s me and my friends FREQUENTLY went to prospect pizza apparently under a previous ownership when it was still on the corner of the plaza at the end. It was small and there were little music jukeboxes in the table. Wed sit and talk about life forever and we were always appreciated and it was friendly.
The pizza looked good and it tasted good but what I miss the most is how I felt going there.
These days it’s very important to me how I am treated. ..looking at the reviews I’d say maybe take pause to work on customer service … I haven’t had any issues concerning the taste but rather feeling a disconnect from any friendliness. I’m sure ESPECIALLY these days a little nice ess will make the ratings amazing and people will be happier to return. I will give it one more future chance but so far it’s not looking too good.
Please consider this feedback as hope that it will help you and all the rest of us have a good experience.

But my little personal pizza was just right and delicious and so cute!
It’s definitely more upscale than the original location going inside. I was really surprised in a good way. There’s a bar in there now also which is a big shift.
Everything was fine everything great actually and the guys were all friendly . I didn’t at all feel like i was an inconvenient nuisance like I did on the phone simply trying to verify and track my Uber eats issue. Going in person is far more affordable and great! I upgraded the stars to average out my last experience and be fair!!!

It was my Friends Birthday. We tried this place out. Service could have been Better. I told them it was her Birthday to come out and sing Happy Birthday and with cheese cake and I would pay the piece of cake. The. man said ok. It did not happen!! Sauce very salty!!

Overall a very quiet place to eat not many people populate the place. The waiter was to quick in trying to take the order felt kind rushed and didn’t get the drink that we’d like. We had to stand up and ask for cups with ice. The tenders and fries looked like they were thrown together and tasted like they were out of a freezer. The lamb gyro had basic flavor with to much yogurt in the white sauce and again it didn’t have enough time put into presentation. Overall it wasn’t eaten and brought up to front to be removed from the bill. The pizza was a little on the greasy side but that can be dabbed with a napkin however half bacon and half jalapeños the bacon had pieces of fat that were a little chewy as far as eating the pizza is concerned.

Apologies for eating a piece, but that just makes this review even more authentic. The pizza I ordered was very good. I had heard it tastes even better in-house at the restaurant. I believe it. The baked Buffalo wings were lick your fingers type of good. No complaints at all.

Had the lamb gyro and it was good lamb with good pita, but way heavier on lettuce than I would have liked, and those chunks of raw onion are just too too big like spicy big (coming from someone who LOVES raw onion…), and there was barely any tomato. Guy at the counter was chill, but of course he had to pull the “Im the manager,” when I let him know the menu was LYING to me. The picture of the gyro has fries next to it, and theres no writing nearby to make me think it wouldn’t cone with those. Im glad i said fries on the side out of instinct lol cause he might not have given them to me otherwise. Let me be clear – despite there being one in the picture with gyro, NO SIDES are offered with it. Wings are bought out and breaded, and the fries came out floppy.

Normally the food here is excellent but i went here for takeout and was given burnt pizza and denied a refund despite being a customer here for years and spending a ton of money including leaving large tips. The staff even knows me and my order by heart. I order the same things all the time. None of that mattered today. I can honestly say I will never spend another cent in this establishment. I will never eat here again. They don’t care about their customers like I thought they did. Just money hungry with no compassion and no concern for customer relations.
