Never seen a slower McDonald’s. One guy waiting finally left and went somewhere else when waiting for 45 minutes. We waited for over half an hour and they didn’t even give us all of our food. My husband asked for our fries they forgot and when the girl FINALLY brought them out she threw the bag at him. AND it wasn’t even the right amount of fries we ordered. The lobby is dirty and the employees are awful. I get that it’s fast food but geez this place sucked

We were driving from Branson Missouri to Norman Oklahoma and stopped for sausage and egg biscuit sandwiches.

When I say this is the worst mcdonalds I’ve ate it, its the worst I’ve ate at. They wouldn’t watch the counter so myself and others stood for a very long time waiting to be waited on. They put my food out and never called my number. A couple waited so long I called their number to ask who was working the register. The manger yelled and said this is the 4th call I’ve received today. Let’s do better. Well they didnt.

Every time I go to this location, they get my order wrong. Today I ordered a hot and spicy McChicken, add bacon, tomato, cheese and pickles, and they did not put bacon or cheese on it, which are the most expensive up charges when it comes to the things added to the sandwich. It definitely gets exhausting calling them or having to make a trip back to the store due to missed or messed up items. I understand the name of the game is speed and to get your customers out as fast as possible, but also take time to ensure that you’re doing it correctly.

Lobby was dirty. Beverage area dirty. Quarter Pounder was served still raw. There are better McDonald’s locations elsewhere that care about their customers and want them to have a good experience so they will come back.

Dont come here at night if you are a truck driver. They wont serve you even if you use their drivetho lanes on foot (only option we have as truckers at night)
