After about 1.5 years since our last visit, we returned to O Steaks & Seafood for a Friday night date night.
I have Celiac disease, and in the past this restaurant offered gluten-free pasta and bread, which made it a place I could trust. This visit, I was told gluten-free pasta is no longer available.
One highlight was the burrata salad we shared—it was well prepared and truly enjoyable.
Based on recent reviews, we skipped steak and tried the Wagyu burgers instead. We ordered them medium and requested gluten-free buns, but weren’t told until the food arrived that they were no longer offered.
The burgers were served without buns, with only lettuce, tomato, and onion. For the price point, the presentation felt minimal, and the burgers were clearly overcooked. No one checked in about doneness.
This restaurant has been hit or miss for us over the years, and for those with Celiac disease, having reliable local options is important. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t meet that expectation.

We went here for the first time tonight for an anniversary dinner and pretty disappointing, the Oysters Rockefeller was good but was quite different than any that I have had before. The steaks were burnt and tasted like charcoal, the manager’s solution was to credit half of my wife’s steak back, but she didn’t even eat half of it. I did eat mine only because I was so hungry and it was slightly less burnt than hers. We had to ask for steak knives which apparently aren’t normally provided. The loaded baked potato had no sour cream and had only a slight amount of cheese with a few pieces of bacon and no chives. The waiter that we had was nice but didn’t come to check on us and my drink was empty for most of the meal. We would have ordered dessert but after the “solution” that was provided for the steak I wasn’t going to spend another dollar there. Won’t come back.

Wagyu burger was 10/10, best we ever had. Pretty disappointed in the NY strip, especially for a steak house. Cooked as requested, but not tender, a bit chewy.
Service was good, but ours didnt seem to know how to pour a martini and overpowered it, spilling it all over.

Had an amazing dinner here last night. Love the vibe of the space. Highly recommend a reservation for the dining room as we did not have one but we were able to get a great hightop in the lounge area. The cocktails were spot on, generous and made to perfection. The wedge salad was enough for us to share and delicious. Husband had the strip steak — which was excellent and cooked perfectly medium rare. Side was the loaded potato and it was excellent as well. I was looking for comfort food and ordered the Wagu Meatloaf with shitake mushroom demi and the house mac and cheese. Well! Both were ridiculously good as in the best we have ever had. I’d travel here again just for this meal!!! Ended with creme brulee which was wonderful as well. And the icing on the evening was our incredible server Ms. GINA E! She was professional, personable, informative and great fun! Again, the staff can make or break a place and she is a true asset. Thank you! Looking forward to our next visit!!!

Beautiful water view, seated outdoors! Professional but friendly staff and delicious appetizers and dinner! The fresh halibut and mussels special was cooked to perfection. Spent 1.5 hours enjoying my family and delicious food! We will be back soon!

My husband and I chose this restaurant for a pre-concert date night. We sat on the patio and it was very peaceful and relaxing (the sun did get a bit intense as it set). The food was excellent and the server was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about gluten free options. A bit pricey, but worth it!
