I was missing a couple of items from my order and was expecting to have to fight for what I paid for, however the young man handled the situation like a true professional and was super respectful with the whole situation and even gave us a free meal! Had Culver’s growing up in Wisconsin but first time here in FL. Had Reuben melt which was tasty but slightly greasy. Cheese curds were yummy as ever. Got corn dog kids meal with fries which also came with frozen custard for the kiddo. The lemonade icy, i added strawberry which came with real chunks of fruit. They deliver it out to your table which was nice.. and quickly got his milk which was forgotten.

Bought 4pints and totally forgot to go back and get them later in the day. I live closer to the other Culver’s in Port Ritchey and don’t have transportation to get back this way, but called the next day to report that i had forgotten and was told no problem, Come on in anytime you’re up this way and we’ll have them for you. Unfortunately, can’t pick them up closer to where I live because it’s a separate franchise, but I totally understand that and will hopefully be going to get them soon.

I’m fairly new to eating Culver’s. Every time that I have been to any location the employees consistently provide good customer service. I hadn’t been in a very long time because I do not eat beef much and the last time that I tried their chicken sandwich years ago I did not like it. But recently I was informed that they sale shrimp. I gave these a try and had been pleased with them. They are cripsy and tasty, usually. Unfortunately this time that I ordered they tasted different. They were still crispy as expected but did not taste fresh. They were even a darker color than what I’ve had before consistently. I placed my order in the drive thru and based upon previous good experiences I made sure that my items and sauce were in the bag and drove off to my next destination. I regret not actually opening my box to check my food until I had gotten to where I was going. From here on out if I do return, I will do so. Our other order was a pork loin sandwich, no complaints there. Lastly, I’m not sure when they started serving lemon ice because my last visit to this location was many months ago. But I saw it advertised on the yard sign as I pulled into the drive thru. I asked some questions about it and upgraded my drink to lemon ice. It was so good!!! So very good. I ordered the small with my meal and although the staff advised it was a 12 oz cup it seemed more like 6 or 8 oz and it wasn’t enough for me to enjoy throughout my entire meal. Even if I do not order food I will certainly return to Culver’s to get a lemon ice with another flavor next time so that I can try the different options.

Service was a rare 6 star. Super friendly. The manager offered a sample of lemon ice to the whole family when we walked in. Food was delivered to the table very quick. Manager came by and asked how we were doing and inquired about our lemon ice choices
