My oldest son has wanted to go here for a couple years, so recently I took him for his birthday. I cannot stress enough how much my already high expectations were exceeded.
We started with the sampler appetizer because neither of us was sure what we wanted. It’s amazing! The crab wontons, jalapeño poppers, and shrimp were amazing! I liked every single thing, but those three I can rave about how good they were.
Then we got the Sweet Home Alabama roll. I’d never had a fried sushi restaurant roll, but I’m glad I tried it. It was delicious!
Against our better judgment, because we were stuffed, we let our amazing waitress talk us into the cheesecake for dessert. She was so attentive and helpful it was easy to talk me into dessert. Cheesecake is my son’s favorite thing besides sushi. This was a fried cheesecake.
We got about two bites in a piece before we had to ask for a to-go box. The remnants were quickly devoured by the rest of my family when we got home. This is the best cheesecake I’ve ever eaten in my life, and I can’t stop thinking about it.
I already mentioned the great service, but it’s also super fast! I was very impressed! And if you’re a rock fan, you’ll enjoy the music and decor a lot. I heard some of my favorite songs I hadn’t heard in years!

I stopped by for the first time today. I ordered a Jam Session roll, a Jailhouse roll, and an eel roll.
All three rolls were good, but the Jam Session roll was just amazingly good. I definitely plan to stop in again.
I really like the atmosphere of the place, the rock music was a lot of stuff from the 80’s while I was there, stuff like Bon Jovi and AC/DC. The decor was pretty cool, just all around a nice place.

Horrible! I did get delivery so I wasn’t expecting perfection but the habachi chicken was so dry and had a ton of pepper on it. The snow peas in the rice were not cooked enough. Again was not expecting perfection because it was delivered and I know it can get cold when doing that but the meal itself just gross.

Love the atmosphere and the food. The menu is themed around the music culture that I grew up with. They are constantly playing music videos on several screens inside the restaurant. It’s a fun place to eat and enjoy some music with friends.

Portions are larger, and happy hour specials can make it very affordable. There is something for everyone on the appetiser menu, it’s a good place to meet friends, inside or out. Service is good, friendly and fast.

Ordered on Uber eats. I’ve eaten here before even though i prefer the mcgregor location. Either way i am familiar with how the food should taste. My crispy wontons were old and stale. To the point i attempted to still eat them but just couldn’t do it they were so bad. I called the store and informed them. Their response was “i assure you we make them made to order” there is no way these were just made. The filling was thick and cold, and the outside was brittle as if they were made then redropped when ordered. If you look at the picture you can see underneath the breading another outer layer that looked refried, stale whatever you want to call it. The store stated the only thing they can do is i bring them back and they recook them. I ordered them on Uber eats, i was unable to come get the order , it’s clear i am unable to bring them back. She said there was nothing more they could do. This is not the first time this location quality of food has been a disappointment, the first time i was gracious and just chucked it up to maybe it was an off day. I ordered from them today cause they were the closest location to my job and uber eats continued to choose it as the delivery store. Today it solidified their quality is just bad. Nothing like mcgregor, never had an issue with quality or service there.

I’ve ordered and received wontons and it’s taken more than 10 min and fresh wontons were still warm by the time they were delivered. The beer selection here is fantastic and the music videos playing is so cool! I got the wontons and a punk rock roll. Our server, Kylee, went out of her way to make sure my brothers hibachi was carefully cooked as he has a shellfish allergy. Definitely recommend this place.

They fixed it for me with no extra charge. <3 I’m a college student and decided to treat myself with the $10 an hour I make at my job and my sushi looked like this :( there’s water in the bottom and one of the rolls was all crumpled up at the bottom. Wasted money, I just threw it away. Disappointed bc this is my fav restaurant chain
