We went to BJ’s and really enjoyed the food and the overall vibe. The only thing that could have been better was the service. Our server brought our food and then disappeared for a long time. She didn’t check on us to see how everything was, and when we asked for the check, she went to other tables first and kept going back and forth before finally returning with a to-go box—still without checking on us.
A little more attention would have made the experience much better. For better tips, it really helps when servers suggest meals, check in after serving, and ask simple questions like, “How is everything?” It goes a long way in making guests feel cared for.

The restaurant was crazy busy, but once seated, we saw why. It’s beautiful inside, the atmosphere was friendly and very inviting. The staff was great, and the food was a mouthgasm for my tastbuds!!!! I definitely recommend to all and everyone!!! 5 outa 5 stars!!!! 1

First time eating here and always drove by wondering about the place so we gave it a try.
Pretty cool building inside that gives you the old Chicago vibes from back in the day. Service was pretty good, possibly a little overwhelmed because there was a time we could have used our server but he wasn’t readily available. (Great server when he did stop by though)
The food part: We ordered Soup, Wings and a Burger. First came the Cheddar Broccoli Soup in a Sourdough Bread bowl. It was absolutely delicious and looked just as amazing. Few minutes later the wings arrived and they were just as delicious. Definitely recommend both.
About 10 minutes later we were still waiting in the burger, table next to us was looking for the server, we were doing the same and also discussing why the food doesn’t come out at the same time. Server stopped by and said the burger was on the way which arrive about another 5 minutes after that. Long enough that the Soup was pretty much done and Wings were 3/4 finished. The burger was the top 3 worst I’ve eaten but I was starving so I ate it anyway. Top bun was delicious, bottom bun was cold, little to no sauce, burger was as well done as a charcoal briquette and it had a cold slice of cheese that I would think should have been melted. Either way I ate it, seen the server again when asked about desert and gave us the bill. I think the server was overwhelmed and the kitchen dropped the ball something horrible with a 20 minute overdone burger (give or take on the time)
If I went back it wouldn’t be for a burger and it would have to be during a less busy time. Walking out one person said have a good day while the other just had her head down on the table like life was going to end. Kudos on the Soup though!

Stopped by on a road trip at 11pm. Our server was Hannah, she was super friendly & helpful. The food was delicious – my boyfriend and I split the chips and salsa & guacamole, the guac tasted so fresh, and I even asked for a side of their queso which complimented the chips, salsa, & guacamole well. The spaghetti & meatballs were good, but the meat could use more flavor and the texture was a bit mushy. The broccoli cheddar bowl was cheesey & delicious, and the handcrafted sodas I highly recommend!! Best part was the smores pazookie! gooey, chocolatey, creamy. overall a wonderful experience, and would come back!

We hosted an event in their back room and had 2 amazing servers, Leo and Jennabelle! The food was amazing, they were so fast with our orders as the party attendees kept arriving throughout the afternoon. I would definitely recommend for your next event and request these two as well!

The food was good, but our server made the experience amazing. Ally is hilarious!!! If I come back, it will be to hear more of her jokes. Maybe eat a pizookie or two as well lol. Everything food wise was good except the minimal ranch on my salad and the long wait, I could tell my chicken parm had been in the window for a bit before receiving it. My husband loved his meal, though! I also love that ally kept us informed with the waiting times on everything. 10/10 service

Recently came in for lunch with my woman and we had an enjoyable experience. Our service was decent overall. We started off with the avocado eggrolls. Highly recommend those! Would happily try those again. She got a chicken sandwich and said it tasted pretty good. I got the protein bowl with steak. Could use just a little more meat, but it was pretty damn good. At first glance I didn’t think it would be enough but once I was finished eating, I felt like I had a full tank of clean energy. Tasted great and had me dling similar protein bowls at home now.

I should have listened to my gut. But I did see good and bad reviews? So I decided try it out probably should have dined in instead. But the burger was pretty good deep dish pizza was hard and looked really nasty a dry Brent the manager was totally rude I definitely won’t eat anything there again.why would a supervisor feels it was ok served food like this? Brent?
