I ordered a Carmel cold brew. The cream in it looked like cottage cheese. When I asked if I was supposed to chew my coffee the manager Celeste began mocking me and I could here it across the restaurant. I will never be returning to this store. Permanently lost my business. Was told the cream is supposed to be this way. I was completely grossed out.

This store is exceptionally filthy. Manager could care less. Doesn’t even acknowledge me when I come in with a problem. The fries were wet and sopping with nasty smelling brown grease. The entire store from top to bottom is filthy. Not to mention they raised their prices and made all the portions smaller. Every single wendys from alachua, Waldo, Gainesville is absolutely disgusting.

Worst customer service I’ve had. I ordered a four piece chicken tender without the meal. Just the four piece of chicken tenders. 2 to 3. People got their food before I got mine and at the last minute. He said he just dropped him into the oil. So I left without getting a refund and without my food.

Awesome location right off the highway. It’s located at a Circle K gas station. Inside wasn’t too busy with the exception of everybody that stops at the gas station coming in waiting in line to use the restroom. I ordered my normal spicy chicken sandwich which was taste inconsistent of any other Wendy’s location. It was good. Getting in and out was fairly quick.

The people were so friendly, accommodating and nice to our family while here. Tables and and bathroom were clean. My one complaint is there was no baby changing table in either of the restrooms.

The burger was not cooked to order and not fresh. The burger was the thinnest and driest Wendy’s burger that I ever had. I took two bites. It is a reason why a Single Dave and other burgers are five dollars and up…..they are supposed to be fresh and not dry and flat. I used to work for Wendy’s when I was 19 years old.
I knew that it was a bad choice coming here during our road trip when I saw the disgusting outside appearance. Save your money folks. Trust me.

It was hit-or-miss for awhile, but things are getting better. Dining room has a mild oil-based smell to it. It’s not overwhelming, but it’s there.
Mar2024 update: The attached fries and drink $6.64. I even got the burned nasty ones at the bottom.
The cashier is wandering around the seating area eating Cheetos and talking on their Bluetooth. I mean, good on them, but it’s a bit distracting.

Great Wendy’s. The staff here are friendly, efficient and professional. Received my order in a quick and timely fashion. The dining area was clean. The bathroom needed a little tidying up but otherwise everything is fine. Heading south on I-75, take exit 399, it will be directly in front of you at the stop sign. There is also a gas station here with reasonable gas prices and easy access back to I-75 south.
