When they make a mistake they’re happy to fix their mistakes. And always make your order right. My husband and I just had breakfast and our server Amanda was awesome. She made sure my husband’s coffee ☕️ cup was never empty. Her service was fast and friendly. The food was delishes and prepared the way we like it.

Visited Denny’s today around 1:30 and the restaurant only had two other tables seated, so it was not busy at all. Unfortunately, the service reflected very little effort.
Our server didn’t greet us — just asked how many, took the order, brought the food, and never came back once. No check-ins, no refills, no “how is everything.” We were completely ignored after the food was dropped off.
On top of that, she was openly complaining while cleaning another table about them not tipping her. Hearing that as a guest is uncomfortable and unprofessional. If you expect a tip, you should provide at least basic service.
Tipping is based on service, and unfortunately the service did not justify one today.

We asked for substitutions or alterations to our orders, and they were met without any complications. Our waitress Adriana gave us quick and cordial service, and she periodically checked up on us to see if there was anything else we needed.

I stopped going to Dennys over the last few years only because there’s so many local breakfast spots closer to my home. When in last weekend. I’ll be going back every time I need my breakfast fix. The waitress was quick to get my food and the few extra things I needed. My coffee stayed full. Felt like shit when I could only tip her 15% cause I left my wallet at home. Thanks Amanda. I’ll be back.

Enjoyed a wonderful experience on the Shaw and Willow Denny s on Veterans Day was so satisfying. Breakfast was quick and I’m hot! The whole staff was super accurate and with a smile! We were pleased! Clean restrooms are always a plus. We enjoyed the free veterans meal!
