For the standards of Pizza Hut, this restaurant is pretty good. My food was ready on time, the staff was relatively friendly, and the restaurant was an old-school Pizza Hut, which was cool.
I just don’t personally like Pizza Hut very much, and will probably stick to the other chains or local options in the future.

I ordered curbside online today 6/5/24 arrived and had to go inside to pick up my pizza. No issue. Upon receiving the pizza i noticed it was made incorrectly. The manager on duty was pleasant at this time and offered to remake the pizza correctly. I left and returned and unfortunately it was made incorrectly again. I told him no worries bc I needed to go. He also gave me a credit for the inconvenience. I opened my pizza to begin eating took a bite and notice an adult ROACH baked onto the pizza. I notified the store immediately and sent photos. The manager said this wasn’t enough evidence. Clearly they have a pest issue that needs to be addressed I’m so dissatisfied. I can overlook a few minor things but this is totally unacceptable. I do not want food from here nor do I want any credits from this location. The manager asked me to return so that he could visually inspect the food himself although this was within a 15min period of me leaving the store. I will return but believe I should warn the public about this location. This was my first visit and will be the last.

If I could give 1 star I would. The employees of this store clearly don’t follow directions. We ordered the ultimate hut bundles and the pizzas were undercook, we received two of the same pizzas, didn’t receive our wings, cinnamon rolls came without icing or any icing cups for that matter, breadsticks were either burnt or old, who knows. Please do better, this is absolutely ridiculous and could have been avoided if simple instructions were followed

I walked in and waited for my order. As I waited, I saw customer after customer greeted with a smile, their order ready to go in perfect order with nothing out of place. I was there about 10-15 minutes & I didn’t hear a single complaint. Not one. I was impressed with the way this restaurant was run.

Well where do I start.. I ordered large thin crust pepperoni and ham well done . Pizza got here not well done and not cut all the way through.
Called and rude lady says we cooked it well done and don’t know about the cut through all the way..
Now I am a truck driver, waiting to deliver, I can’t just drive up there.. 22.00 for a garbage pizza . Unbelievable never will order anything from here again..

Horrible. Never abide by your request. Asked for light pizza sauce & wrote it in the special request box and got extra. Pizza was raw and undercooked. Do not recommend this location.

The slowest restaurant in town! NOBODY in store the store wants to move or attempt to move with any urgency!! DO NOT PICKUP A DOORDASH from here, they’re only going to waste your time! If it’s not $20 or more, don’t waste your time!!!! They don’t care how long it takes them to do the order. I will not be returning for myself or door dash!!! NO such problem at ANY of the other pizza places on Garners Ferry, Devine, or Rosewood! Just RIDICULOUS!!!

i cant bare but to see those looks on the worker’s faces. they seem sad and not much taking motivation. ive meet one of the workers in the morning, a nice co-worker, and they told me he was having a hard time trying to calm himself before he was ever do something he’ll never do. i think its the main manager’s fault for not making sure these co-workers are great in their mental health. I personally would not recommend someone working here… she needs to be on time and take GREAT care of her people… her name, chrissy woody woody.

I ordered from the Pizza Hut on Garners Ferry Rd using the Pizza Hut app, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The app told me my order would be ready in about 15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes before driving to the store, which took another 20 minutes — only to arrive and be told it would be another 20 minutes before my pizza was ready. That means the app timer was completely off and not in sync with the store.
What made it worse was how little the staff seemed to care. No apology, no explanation, just “it’s not ready yet.” If the store is behind, that needs to be reflected in the app so customers aren’t wasting time and gas driving across town.
Tip for anyone ordering here: always choose “Pay in Store.” If you pay through the app and the store runs late, you may be stuck waiting with no way to get your money back until the food is ready — which could take half an hour or more.
Between the inaccurate timer and lack of customer service, this location really needs to tighten up communication with the app and show more respect for their customers’ time.
