The food at Panda Express was awesome! I especially loved the teriyaki chicken — it was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The General Tso’s chicken had just the right amount of spice, and my whole family couldn’t get enough of the Beijing Beef. Every dish was tasty and cooked perfectly.
The place was clean and well-organized, and the staff worked quickly to keep the line moving. We were happy with everything we ordered and will definitely be coming back for more!

This place closes at 9:30 pm. I got there around 9pm. They were out of everything. I wanted to order 3 big plates for 3 individuals. I told them that they can make 2 meat dishes with chow mein and they can double on the items.
Food was overcooked, almost burned. Too bad I didn’t check it there. By the time I came home and started eating, the restaurant was closed. I couldn’t eat more than 10% of what was ordered. I took the food back the next day. Manager and shift leader saw the food, acknowledged that it was burned and that it shouldn’t have been given like that to a customer. They replaced the food. They were nice enough not to charge me anytime extra. No regard for the time loss and the fact that I couldn’t eat the dinner for the time it was ordered for.

This location of Panda Express was OK. Their other Camarillo location is better. There are certain entrees which they run out fast, and I don’t mind waiting a bit, but this store took a long time, about 20 mins, to prepare it.

I don’t recommend this place. Ridiculous portions, I paid $9.25+ tax for this little bowl of beyond orange chicken , the kids plate has more portions of meat than this and for less money, and the worst thing is that I went back to the store to asked If that was the right portions and the lady said yes.

I normally order online for pickup. I’ve done it twice at this location now. And I’m thoroughly impressed with how my order is ready or just about ready even if I order 10 minutes prior on Grubhub.
Today, the icing met the cake.
I procrastinated and placed my order 10 minutes prior to the time I normally take my lunch.
When I got there, my order was ‘just about ready’ – they just needed to bag it and give me my cup for my drink.
Except that they didn’t give me my cup for my drink.
The gal actually got a cup, went to the fountain and filled the cup for me while I’m standing there! I was content to do it myself, but NOOOOOOOOOO… 😉
THAT is SERVICE!

This establishment left me with a bitter taste and a deep sense of disappointment. I eagerly awaited my order, but when I approached the counter, it became clear that I had simply been forgotten. My emotions ranged from disappointment to anger as I realized that my order had not even been started, even after a long wait and several reminders. It was not just a failure in service; it was cruel and inhumane. I not only remained hungry but also lost faith in this restaurant as a place that values its customers.
