I come to this McDonald’s often and when I come in the afternoons around 1 o’clock to 12 PM, the food is always fresh. Customer service is always good but when I’m looking forward to a late night snack around 2 AM to three I always get bad customer service and Overnight food never fresh always bad service and bad quality and food. I stay in the area and this is the only place that’s open 24 hours that I can get a nice late night snack to enjoy but every time I go around those times 2 AM I always have a bad experience. I would like you guys to fix that. Thank you.

This McDonalds NEVER has the strawberries and creme pie that is on their menu. Every time I order it through my app, I get to the window and they give me the option of WAITING 12 MINUTES for one to be cooked or just taking an apple pie. I always take the apple bc who wants to wait TWELEVE minutes at a fast food window for a pie. The apple pie is 50 cents cheaper and they have never even offered to reimburse me since I paid on the app. They owe me a couple bucks at this point. Here’s a cool concept…. when the last Strawberries and Creme Pie has been ordered, let the cooks know so they can throw a new batch in the oven and stop stealing my 50 cents!

I know. It’s McDonald’s – expectations weren’t high to start. Nearly every single table was dirty, riddled with trash, and sticky! I think I got food that was cooked 3hrs earlier. My kiddo looooves McDonald’s fries & even she didn’t like these. Fountain drink station, disgusting. Looked at crazy when I walked to the register to order & was directed to use kiosk despite 4 people standing around with seemingly nothing to do. Went to counter, again, for a cup for water. Ignored by same 4 people including “managers” and when I finally just asked worker kept her head down at the register and told me “yea. Hold on a minute” – 0/10 would not recommend this location to anyone.

Honestly I can understand when staff if having a bad day but there’s a HUGE difference in having a bad day but being rude is another thing. they got the order wrong okay no problem it happens but when asking if they can fix it they kept the window closed we waited before we honked the horn because they guy at the window kept acting like we were not there then younger manager comes in and we told him “the fries were not a basket it was less than full” the manager said “a basket is two medium fries” we said “oh okay, can we still get it fixed “ obviously not trying to argue over food but that’s not two medium bags managers response was “damn” nothing else just “damn” we ending up saying “no not to be rude but can we please fix this” he took it fixed it we were missing the drink so we came back went inside got it fixed his staffed asked him for more cleaning supplies he looked at his staff like it was a stupid question and grunted. My problem didn’t start with the food missing or wrong it started when the manager was very unwilling to work which shows his staff that it’s perfectly okay to sit there and do the same. this will only cause more bad reviews and bad energy in the work place

Hardly eat McDonald’s but since the big Mac meal was 8 bucks I said lets, plus I was hungry. I ask for no sauce. Got home and it was covered in sauce and fries were room temp and I just live like 3 minutes down the street and the coke was off. I was like dang it. I’m sure the managers are nice but it’s McDonalds so I ate my fries and called it a day. Been probably 2 years since I has a bg Mac meal. I gotta start checking before I pull off.

Me and my boyfriend drove up to the drive thru window and Tamika already had an attitude and asked us rudely DoorDash or mobile order. We proceeded to explain it was a pick up. Tamika then said with an attitude again DoorDash or mobile order. My boyfriend answered again. She then talked over me and asked for mobile code. My boyfriend then asked her to please not have an attitude with me. She then slammed the drive thru window and flicked us off and didnt take our order. The manager on duty handled my boyfriends complaint well and gave him the order. But whenever we got home the food was thrown in the bag and disorganized I am a consistent customer and I have never dealt with customer service so rude.
