Near Canal St. Accessible by public transportation. Got seated at a booth, hot tea and our order was taken. The food came out fast; portion is for 1 person; tasted good but would like some vegetables in them. Black egg in the dumplings noodle soup were very little pieces in dumpling. Service was good. Restrooms on the first floor and downstairs via stairs.

This was our first time at Noodle Village in Chinatown, New York, and we loved it!

Mimi, our server, was amazing from the beginning. She gave us great recommendations and was very attentive the whole time.

The food was delicious, especially the Shrimp and Pork Noodles, which were full of flavor. At the end we ordered a ginger dessert that comes with three pieces, and it was the perfect way to finish our meal.

It was a wonderful experience for me and my family. We hope that the next time we visit New York, we can come back again.

Highly recommended! ⭐

Peak Chinatown dining experience on Super Saturday during Lunar New Year 2026 celebrations. All the food was perfect – congee, pork soup dumplings, chicken noodle soup with ginger and scallions and a dragon dance through the restaurant to ring in the year of the Horse! Good fortune, power, and prosperity are all surely en route for the coming year

I’ve been a fan of Noodle Village since their previous location, and I’m so glad they’ve reopened in this new, bigger space—it looks great and feels even more comfortable. The food quality is just as amazing as before, maybe even better!

This time I ordered the steamed crab and pork soup dumplings, Chinese broccoli and yau choi with oyster sauce, shrimp and pork wonton, deep-fried fish skin, and shrimp and pork dumplings. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The soup dumplings were juicy and full of rich crab flavor, and the wontons were soft and tasty. The deep-fried fish skin was super crispy—such a great snack to start with.

Food came out really fast, and the service was friendly and efficient. If you love noodle soup, this is absolutely the place to go. I usually order their homemade fish ball and sliced fish noodle soup, but it was sold out this time (it’s that good!). If it’s available when you visit, definitely order it—you won’t regret it.

Overall, this new Noodle Village location keeps everything I loved about the old one, with an even better space and the same amazing food. Highly recommend!

Our first time to Noodle Village and it was FANTASTIC. This was a new spot for our family for lunch and seeing how busy it was when we walked in was encouraging. The menu is vast with so many choices. We were so appreciative of the owner coming over to our table to give us personal recommendations of what we may like based on our tastes (a personal favorite was the scallion pancakes!). She was wonderful, friendly and a lovely hostess. The food was excellent, the service was stellar and the cleanliness and organization of the entire experience was great. We look forward to coming back!

I got the beef brisket with Ho fun noodle soup. It was delicious!! The atmosphere is nice the restaurant is clean and the food was good. I’d say the only thing is the service was a bit slow it was hard to track down waiters to ask questions about the menu and ask for water and boxes and the bill. But otherwise a nice restaurant and they had a clean bathroom for patrons as well. Would come back for sure.

It’s not the best Cantonese food you’ll ever have but for the price it’s a good value. There weren’t really any Asians eating in the restaurant which I found a bit worrying but in the end my worries were not justified. I guess they cater mostly to tourists but hey it’s Chinatown and I’m not a local so I can’t criticize. The food is what matters!

I ordered a beef brisket tendon noodles with an iced lemon tea.

There was a lot of meat in the dish which may sound obvious but the pieces were big and I couldn’t finish it. Other restaurants would’ve put more noodles than beef but here it was the other way around which I appreciated. It was tasty enough, nothing to write home about but I still enjoyed myself.

I really liked the lemon tea! I was in Hong Kong quite recently and while it doesn’t taste exactly the same, it was close enough to satisfy my craving. I would have liked it a bit less sweet and more bitter but I still really liked it and would recommend it to anyone curious about Hong Kong style lemon tea.

My meal came to a total of $20,96 (17,91€) which includes a 20% tip. It is written on the door that a 18% service charge is automatically added to the bill but the server will still let you add a tip when you ask for your check. So technically I tipped twice but the meal was still affordable especially for NYC so I didn’t mind.

I’ll be back to try other things on the menu!

Had a good dinner with my girl on a Monday night here visiting NYC for family holidays! The Claypot was yummy, the rice was crispy ! The greens was pretty good too ! I really like the honey lemon ice tea . We also got the shrimp wonton which seems famous my friend says she loves it and the table was little small but they got to accommodate when I ask to move to bigger area.

Henry was funny and helpful and even offer for pictures. Bao also was very caring try to offer us tea and told us to have a good night after dinner. The ladies in front was very caring for Henry & we had pretty good customer service !

Thank you

I have been going to Noodles Village since 2015, and it has been my favorite restaurant in NYC from the very beginning. Every time I walk in, I feel at home. I loved the old, cozy atmosphere, and although they renovated and upgraded to a more modern and elegant look, a part of my heart still misses the original space, as it carried so many sweet memories ❤️

I was pregnant with my daughter when I first started coming here, so she’s been enjoying Noodles Village food since she was inside my belly. Now she’s 5, and every time we visit New York City, this is still our first stop. The food, the warmth, the memories… it always feels like coming home.

Highly recommend: this place is truly special.
